   Stunning interior. Serving staff very are helpful. Had a table where the Aircon was blowing too cold. So they let us move to a warmer part of the restaurant. Food is superb. Had the items off the main menu all were excellent.

   Service was poor. Half the table got their starters first while the other half had to wait 20 mins. Mains took another 30-40 mins to come out and again not together or even 5 mins apart so we basically did not eat all together (bare in mind we were a table of 4m and it was a 30th birthday). The food we did get was bland and luke warm, not worth the money at all!! We did enjoy the overpriced cocktails (£15) and the décor is absolutely stunning, just a shame the service and food did not reflect this at all.

   Celebrated a friends birthday. Lina was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our time here in the restaurant - 10/10 service from Lina & the male waiter that attended to us.

    We had an awful experience at the Ivy Asia in Chelsea. Firstly the service was very slow, then the table next to us were told that there was an issue in the kitchen and they would not be receiving their food. They were very unhappy and because the tables were so close spent the entire meal telling us how unhappy they were. Throughout the meal different members of staff came to talk to them including the manager and it was not very relaxing at all and ruined what was meant to be a quiet and special meal for two and turned it into an uncomfortable experience. As soon as we were finished, we paid the bill and left. We were then walking down Kings Road and a member of staff wearing full Ivy Asia costume/uniform came running down the street, tapped me on the shoulder and shouted out in front of everyone that we had not paid our bill. I was so shocked and embarrassed to be confronted this way in the street. I had paid the bill just a few minutes before. I was very upset. I went back to restaurant and spoke to the manager about the way we had been treated and he just did not seem to care. He said sorry but did not seem to think it was a big deal and just wanted to get on with his days. Just an all round bad experience.
