   Food great but pace it yourself!!! We waited to order the mains until after the appetizer arrived. Despite that, they still arrived before we were done. The entire experience, less than 45 minutes and waitstaff was circling for the check!

    Everything was wonderful….but for the cost of the lobster roll it would have been nice to have enough lobster to be able to taste it. Went to the Hampton Social in Nashville & the lobster roll was full of lobster and real buttery

    Hostess seemed untrained and not friendly. Waiter was hard to understand as he had a heavy accent. Everyone was happy with dinner choices.

    Our party of 4 enjoyed our meals. Unfortunately, the service was not on par this night!! We were left with empty drinks, a lot is dishes and untimely delivery of our meals. Hopefully it will be better next time!!

    Nice ambiance, especially on the outside patio. However, the service is very passive-aggressive. It seems the main goal here is to flip tables. Our server asked for our order before we had the chance to look at the menu. She dropped the check as soon as she thought we may have finished our mains and never asked us if we wanted to order anything else, like dessert. She removed our water bottle from the table and then the floor manager took away the decorative plant on our table. All while we were still eating and chatting. This was mid-week, during lunch, and there were many tables available. It was very distracting and didn't allow us to enjoy our experience.

    The restaurant was extremely loud. The table we were seated at looked directly into the setting sun for approximately 25 min. I held a bread plate up to block the glare. Waitress never offered to take drink order. She was aloof and absent for most of meal. Son asked for no pickles on sandwich - it arrived with pickles. Food quality was mediocre. I ordered baha fish tacos - fish had a mushy texture. Dish came with no sides - a cup of slaw or rice would have been nice for the $29 price.

    Nice atmosphere - we sat inside away from the bar area. It's nicer there if you're looking for a less-noisy area. The food was excellent. My wife had the fish and chips and I had the scallops risotto. Fair pricing for the area.

    Very poor customer experience and satisfaction due to Stacy, the manager and Jeremy I believe the general manager. I will not go back there anymore. I was a regular customer. I was not able to get any service out on the lanai. My server was at a meeting, and no one else would help me. The bartender was very kind and got me my wine and appetizer and charge it to my bill. He was the only one that was accommodating to me the customer. The manager Stacy did not treat me.well at my table. I was not offered any compensation for the poor service and bad customer attitude. I am just telling everyone about it Hampton social has very non-customer, friendly attitudes.

    We were able to get a last minute table for out of town guests and even got to sit outside. The ambience and noise level perfect outside for a conversation and we enjoyed the food and service. Wish the restaurant had a larger menu! I will be back again!

    Great place to eat. We arrived in time to order a few appetizers from the HH menu along with some drinks. We all ordered dinner after and everything was very good. Would definitely return and recommend to a friend.

    It was our first time at the Hampton Social and we’ll definitely go back. We were there with our daughter and were pleasantly surprised that there was a happy hour menu. We shared calamari off the regular menu and my hubby and I each gad the smash burger and our daughter had the kid’s pasta. She also ordered the truffle fries for of us to share (LOL). Everything was great! Can’t beat $4.00 for a glass of wine! We will be back for a date night.
