We met for brunch with friends, first time for everyone.
Good service, food was good, loved the ambiance and the outside Terrace was perfect with good table distancing which is important now.
We will definitely be back for dinner or lunch.
I was a little disappointed this time. It seems as if the menu has changed some. Not super impressed with the selections on the menu.,, just meh. I found the hostesses a tad rude and not friendly. They should be the “face” of the restaurant .
We were there for happy hour. Dirty martini was very good. The prime rib burger was too salty. Music and service were great as always!!

The food is good but for a nice dinner with friends, don’t bother. You can’t hear the person next to you the music and noise is stupid loud evenin the far back of the place.
Everything was great eating out on the patio except for the VERY loud music that made it difficult to talk. The staff stated that they were unable to control the music volume.
Great food and ambience. Felt very comfortable on the patio.
Sunday brunch is delish- great live music and excellent service. Recommend the chicken sandwich
A lovely Sunday brunch! We were greeted promptly and taken to an outdoor table next to a heater. Our server, Kim, paced our meal perfectly. We had the mimosa kit and the bruschetta appetizer followed by our various entrees. All were delicious. All the while there was live entertainment. Perfect!

It took a few moments for the waitress to greet us at the table but that was the only off note to the brunch. The service from then on was excellent and the food was delicious! We felt safe with guest temps taken and masks/gloves worn by the staff. We will be back soon.

They have done a great job with social distancing and plexi-glass booths. We felt comfortable eating inside.

Great, but outdoor tables were too small for all our plates...
It was very, very loud. Really a bar like noise level. And the lighting was poor. Food was good but it wasn’t great for a relaxing dinner.

Great spot! Enjoyed Smash Burger with homemade chips! Pizza is a beautiful blend of creamy cheese. Worth a visit!
It was my wife’s birthday and she wanted to go to the Hampton Social because loves the Beet salad. We will told they were out of beet salad.
Then I ordered a house wine and was told they were out of house wine.
Very disappointed event.
Had made a reservation via "Open Table" and we were running late. Per the policy, table would be given away after 10 minutes if we didn't call. Therefore, I called and was put on hold for 6 minutes. Called back 4 other times and either got hung up on or just let the phone hang there. Very disappointed and if we were not meeting someone, would have gone somewhere else.
DebG, I'm sorry that service was lacking the day of your reservation. When our guests follow our instructions and contact us when there is a problem ,we don't want them to experience any customer service issues that poorly reflect our dedication. I will share your review with our management team and we will use it to improve for the future.
I came in with my boyfriend to grab a drink and have dinner. The service at the bar was awesome, the drinks were perfect and our bartender was very attentive and knowledgeable. The problems started when we got to our table, our server introduced herself right away and got us waters then disappeared for at least 15 minutes. My boyfriend had to grab another server to order drinks and appetizers. By the time we got our appetizers we had been at our table for over 30 minutes and it took another 15 minutes before our server showed up again to let us know that the kitchen was about to close and that we needed to order entrees right away (we had been at the table for a total of 45 minutes at this point and had only received 1 drink, and had only had our appetizers for about 15 minutes. Both our entrees came out wrong. I ordered a Connecticut lobster roll, and my boyfriend ordered the tuna burger without tomato just in case even though it doesn't say it has tomato on the menu. The server then verified our order with both of us before walking away. I received a New England lobster roll (VERY different than CT style) and my boyfriend received tomato on his burger. We had already been at the table for over an hour at this point (still with empty drinks) and I decided to eat my lobster as is and my boyfriend only ate half his burger which he said was barely warm when he first received it. He was very sick the next day and is convinced it was the food there. If it wasn't for the great service we got at the bar we would NEVER go back here ever again. We will probably never eat there again though.
First time here, very enjoyable. Live music, delicious food, a little expensive but everything in mercato is and it was a lovely experience.

Server constantly rushed us. Didn’t offer coffee. Didn’t refill water. Frustrated when we weren’t sure of appetizers and just walked away. Won’t be back.

Food was good but we weren’t able to have a conversation in the dining room because the music was too loud. Did a good job social distancing, took your temperature when arriving. A little disappointed that they were out of some menu items and wines, even though we ate early.

I appreciate this restaurant’s dedication to creating a safe environment. They take your temperature by scanning your wrist upon arrival. Tables outside are spaced generously wide apart. Waiters wear their masks appropriately covering nose and mouth. This suggests to me that they take the pandemic seriously and do not mock science as some establishments do.
Happy Hour apps were generous. I chose a Sauvignon Blanc which was very nice, but not on the Specials list.
Our waiter, Andrew, was attentive, but gave us plenty of space to talk without interruption.
Everything was just ok. The decor is pretty.

First time sitting at their new outdoor area. It was very nice. They had live music playing during our bunch. So happy to see people out.
The octopus was fishy. The shrimp tacos were the best.

The food and atmosphere was great. The only blemish was that the linguini and clams were way too spicy and hot. I know that the menu said that the dish had jalapeños in it, but pasta shouldn’t ever be that hot and we had to send it back to the kitchen. Other than that, it was great!

They took our temperature when entering the restaurant. Our service was not the best. Our server was very mediocre and not super engaged. Food was fine but too many other great restaurants in the same area that have great service and don’t require mask and temperature checks.
Excellent food and cocktails.
The kitchen was backed up for 90 minutes and we were never told. Most entrees were ice cold when they arrived and the pizzas were all burnt. The manager responded with a "well it's the best we can do"...........we will never go back
Disappointed. Hampton Social has stopped serving several
Items they’ve always served, yet they’re still on the menu. They even had some items posted on their happy hours board; yet we were told they didn’t carry it. We were told “ we haven’t updated our board” wait...can’t you just erase it from the board. We have a burger which was good, but we’ve had better. Our server was very attentive. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

We are in the process of implementing an updated menu, as we do about once a year, and that does mean dishes that our guests have grown to love are reinterpreted or replaced with new dishes destined to become fan favorites.
