   I had heard great things about this place, so we decided to try it out for an early Mother's Day brunch this weekend. The food was just ok and ridiculously overpriced. Drinks were small, weak, and again, overpriced. We could barely talk to each other because they had the music turned up full blast, like we were in a club on a Saturday morning. I'd rather spend $350 on a dining experience with good food and drinks, I hate when restaurants think they can gouge their customers just because the inside has a great interior decoration. I would not recommend it, and we wish we had gone elsewhere.

   The tuna tartare had mildly spoiled avocado at the base and didn't match the photo on the menu at all (ground tuna rather than chunks). The tater tots were slightly soft and not elevated at all or even as good as frozen ones you could cook at home. The lobster roll was good but nothing special. The cocktail was good. $175 (including tip which is not optional) for 2 people to get 1 appetizer an entree each and a cocktail each. Totally fine with the price if the food is great. Wasn't even good.

   Everything was delicious and I love the atmosphere! My only feedback is some items can be pricey. I ordered a glass of bubbly rosé for brunch and didn’t realize it was $19 for a semi-small glass. I really liked the way you could close out your tab though. It made it very easy for a big group to split things up!

   Poor service. Had to ask and get up from our table to get the waiter for everything. Was told we’d get a glass of bubbly for Easter. Was not provided.

   Excellent service stood out! The calamari was a bit chewy but overall always love the ambiance, the food and service!

   The Hampton Social in LoHi is a fun, beachy spot that brings major East Coast vibes to Denver. The place has a super Instagram-worthy aesthetic with nautical decor and a big “Rosé All Day” sign that sets the mood. The menu leans into seafood—think lobster rolls, crab cake benedicts, and ahi tuna bowls—but there are solid American dishes too. Their drinks are also a hit, especially the frosé. It’s a great place for brunch or happy hour with friends, and the service is usually friendly and quick. Overall, it’s a chill spot if you’re craving something coastal without leaving the city.
