   Awesome English Pub! Plenty of locals just having a beer after work but not too rowdy or loud. The fish & chips was very tasty and great value. The Ale pie was delicious and although the Beef Welly was good, the portion was a tad small for the price. We had awesome service from the staff who were all very polite and friendly! The whole family really enjoyed a very nice meal at the pub! Definitely book a table ahead of time as by the time we left all the tables were full.

   Been coming here for for over 50 yrs. although it’s a tourist trap nowdays food quality & ambience still good

   We have visited a few times over the years. Unfortunately, the food is not as good as it used to be and though the staff are welcoming, service is fairly pedestrian. One observation: the pub allows smoking outdoors and in the summer, and doors are propped open to keep the pub cool. Depending on where one is seated, cigarette smoke wafts in making dining unpleasant. It's a great tourist destination because of it's "quaintness".

   The service initially at the bar was at best perfunctory, better at the table. Food was ok but not stunning, beers & cider were fine. Table was good. Expensive. Felt I was bitten by 2 flees. We would not go again.

   Charming local pub in a beautiful mews area of London. Joanna was fabulous and looked after us all very well - Burrata was excellent followed by Beef Wellington and Chicken Kiev … polished off with great Sticky Toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream … the South African Shiraz was good. Fun evening.

   First visit in over 30 years bit a wonderful Sunday meal with great service even though the pub was full. Hats off to all the staff.,
