   Sadly, they have eliminated servers so one has to order at the bar and then food gets delivered. We passed and went to dinner elsewhere after the show. Several friends had reserved tables for larger groups but were split up? Excellent music as slways.

   I need to talk to your sound engineer about the location/direction of the bass speaker. Lucky for me, Hugh is a great bass player. Seating close to that bass speaker is a little over whelming. How about rotating the bass cabinet clockwise and face the bass player? It should bounce off the wall and back to the audience okay. You may have tried that already. Perhaps you could move the cabinet over just a bit and put a board at an angle so the sound goes up... Just an idea.

   First time going, and yes, we would do it again. Some takeaways: Although you may have a reservation for a table, other customers may try to take your chairs to their table or if you have booth seating, ask to sit next to you (this happened multiple times in 3 hours). There were only two servers for the main green room and only one taking and bringing orders. Not enough for a packed event. And when we asked for another water refill, the other “server” told us to walk to the bar as a water dispenser was available. So, one was serving water, but the other didn’t/couldn’t? You may get a table, but don’t expect to be able to see the band if you’re in the back or middle of the room. There will be people standing in front of tables, blocking views of those who purchased table ticketing. Best seating seemed to be closer to the front and along the walls, but that’s conjecture as we were in a raised booth in the back the whole time. The Green Room was clean, the service was relaxed, and for the most part, very courteous. We would do it again, but try the earlier show instead of the late night. There were great people-watching opportunities, but if you want to enjoy the band, fewer people would be essential.

   Thanks for the review and thanks for coming out to experience the Club! As a hybrid restaurant/music venue we transition to bar service only for late night shows. Late night shows are geared towards dancing and more of a "party" atmosphere. Earlier shows before 9pm are typically seated shows with fewer guests standing and moving about. Table service is phased out after the dinner hours and things do get weird during the transition. Hope that helps and we do hope to see you again soon!

   When we arrived for our 7:30 reservation, we were told that our reservation was for 5:45. The manager made quick arrangements for a small, low table in the far corner of a very crowded room, (and not the "high-top seating" indicated on our reservation confirmation). Nowhere on our reservation confirmation did it indicate that all ordering and serving of our food and drinks were self-service. (Pretty difficult to do, especially considering where we were going to be sitting.) We were very disappointed but decided not to stay. We did not eat, drink, or listen to the music. We feel we were owed back our $12.94 service charge, apparently non-refundable. Not sure we would recommend The Green Room to a friend.

   Hi Daniel, Thanks for the review. We are sorry you were disappointed with your experience and were not aware of the Kitchen Takeover or that it would be a very busy night on St Patrick's Day. Your table was ready and waiting for you upon arrival and food was being served up hot and tasty all night. Should you wish to give us another try, please let us know and we will happily make an exception and credit the seating fees towards your tab- just ask!

   All the food was very tasty but expensive for the portion size. I think it is built into the price for live music which is cool because there was no cover. Does not currently have liquor license so only beer and wine.

    Hope you have Jacelyn Lovey back again soon. We'd definitely come back to see her again. She was outstanding, along with those on the stage with her.
