   The service here was terrible, we had an outdoor reservation but were told to stand in line regardless and it took 20 minutes to be seated, at which point all the outdoor areas were taken. I appreciate it was a sunny day but the team were clearly understaffed - once seated inside we had to wait a further 10 minutes to order and we requested water, which we didn't received until we asked again. This restaurant is listed as dog friendly, but a waitstaff shoo-ed my dog away and jumped back as she moved forward. My dog was well behaved and others in the line confirmed the same. This might have been a bad night for them but I would not return and would not recommend this place.

   Has gone downhill - Manager told one of the waiters off in front of us which was very bad form - and rude - we did point this out at the time. Young male waiter very good and helpful - manager rude. Generally - service was slow - coffee machine switched off at 9pm when multiple customers were asking for it - (switch it back on again!!!) - and a general reluctance to accommodate. Almost empty of customers by 9pm when a lot of other venues still very busy - so that tells you something. We have been coming here for a long time - but probably won't return..

   Yugi & Mel are absolutely fantastic staff a treasure to this restaurant. Great service, food ambiance I can’t rate this place high enough will recommend to everyone 10/10

   nice place, food is reasonably priced food. Pizza was great. Service was a little poor, although they seemed understaffed.... It took 45mins from seating to order a drink and the same I had to stand up to go to the bar to tell them I wanted food. For us, it wasn't an issue, and clearly not the staff's fault as they seemed ran off their feet.

   The service is so poor here. It's such a lovely place, and the food is great, but my god it takes about 20 minutes to get anyone's attention.
