   Good food and enjoyed by all - a little slow getting service but it was a busy evening.

   Very slow service despite being the only table in the restaurant for breakfast. Waited ages for a drink and the food came out with a delay so we ate at different times.

   Was served by a waitress who really gave the impression she didn't want to be there. Ordered 3 kid meals and 2 adult. 1 adult meal and 1 kids meal arrived and was left waiting for the rest with no update or someone to say food was coming. Had to ask. Plates were cleared whilst other people at table were eating. When I asked for bill they had said they had taken off 2 coffees and the bread (I think that was a bit cheeky) Only the 2 coffees were taken off, and was charged 13.5% service. Went out to treat my family so didn't make a fuss but can say we won't be rushing back!

   Food was very good but service not so great. I think theu were short of staff and we had to get their attention every time we needed something, from ordering drinks to ordering food and our booking was to celebrate a birthday and they said they would bring a profiterole to the birthday girl but they forgot : (

   Booked online and was only offered the set menu choice. When we arrived at the restaurant we weren’t offered the see menu however we asked to see it and were given the opportunity to order from this. We received excellent customer service and the food was very good

   Excellent black cod ,and eggs royal top notch smoked salmon . Apple tart , chocolate bomb .are devine .

    As part of the Ivy Collection, you know you aren’t going to get Michelin star dining, but the food was very average - my duck salad was doused in dressing and the duck wasn’t crispy at all. The mark up on the wine is x5 - I’ve never been anywhere, including top restaurants where than happens. The Pinot Gris we had was £68 and I buy it in a well known wine shop for £12.99.
