   Great service & cool atmosphere but the food wasn’t great to say the least. I had pork chops which were dry and tasteless. The chops were accompanied by a baked potato which was cooked perfectly along with grilled asparagus which was also nicely cooked but only consisted of 4 short spears. My son had the mahi mahi dish. The plating was very unappetizing; loads of baby carrots with an odd combination of spices and overcooked.

   We had a wonderful dining experience at The Farm House in Christiansburg. From the moment we arrived, we were seated quickly and greeted by friendly staff. Our server came to our table promptly, took our drink and appetizer order right away, and made us feel very welcome. We started with the chilled shrimp cocktail, which featured large, fresh shrimp and a delicious, tangy cocktail sauce—definitely a great way to kick off the meal. For our entrees, my wife had the salmon while I chose the prime rib. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned, showing real care and quality in the kitchen. The Farm House is a great place to enjoy a special dinner. The service, food, and atmosphere all come together to create a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

   The servers and hospitality was great, unfortunately though, the chefs aren’t to par. This is the second time I’ve visited where my steak was served borderline blu. Decent crust, but I don’t think the chefs quite know what they’re doing yet. Good experience other than that

   The food at Farmhouse is excellent as well as the service. This is my 4th or 5th time eating and each time the food has been top notch.

   Went for brunch on a Saturday and was surprised that it was so dark and cavernous inside. We were seated in a booth in a long hallway, which was strange since the restaurant wasn’t otherwise very busy. The service was great. The food was pretty mediocre. We both had steak and eggs, mine with the prime rib. The scrambled eggs were runny and flavorless. The “hashbrowns” were cubed fried potatoes, and good enough. The biscuit did not taste fresh - it was pretty stale - and was a little sweet which is not to my liking. The prime rib was perfect, though.

   Food was very good. Server didn't ask to refill our drinks, not once. Just walked right past us.
