   Excellent food and excellent service, from the moment we walked in the door. All staff were great! Service was also timely and efficient. Great night! Wish we lived closer.

   Came here for an early Mother’s Day dinner. Excellent food and staff. We sat outdoor due to the lovely weather but the inside booths looked delightful too.

   Oysters Rockafeller - the sauce was dry with a breaded substance Crab Cake Appetizer- could barely taste the crab . seemed like some crab was thrown in a blender with bread and baked . Cedars Salad - refrigerated causing wilting Baked potato - over cooked prime rib - told it was medium rare so they agreed to prepare for medium which should have involved a slight pan sear. ( warm pink) They agreed but when it came out , it was medium Grey. (over cooked). Maybe it's my fault but I told them if they couldn't do it , that i could.order a different cut of beef. The desert was good. The waitress was very nice and so we just picked our food a little and took home beef for our dog.

   Great service & cool atmosphere but the food wasn’t great to say the least. I had pork chops which were dry and tasteless. The chops were accompanied by a baked potato which was cooked perfectly along with grilled asparagus which was also nicely cooked but only consisted of 4 short spears. My son had the mahi mahi dish. The plating was very unappetizing; loads of baby carrots with an odd combination of spices and overcooked.

   We had a wonderful dining experience at The Farm House in Christiansburg. From the moment we arrived, we were seated quickly and greeted by friendly staff. Our server came to our table promptly, took our drink and appetizer order right away, and made us feel very welcome. We started with the chilled shrimp cocktail, which featured large, fresh shrimp and a delicious, tangy cocktail sauce—definitely a great way to kick off the meal. For our entrees, my wife had the salmon while I chose the prime rib. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned, showing real care and quality in the kitchen. The Farm House is a great place to enjoy a special dinner. The service, food, and atmosphere all come together to create a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

    The servers and hospitality was great, unfortunately though, the chefs aren’t to par. This is the second time I’ve visited where my steak was served borderline blu. Decent crust, but I don’t think the chefs quite know what they’re doing yet. Good experience other than that
