   Food was excellent - my Mushroom Rigatoni entree was a revelation - delicious and different. Clam chowder was terrific also. Service was good but too much confusion for a restaurant at this level. I had to ask for creme sugar and teaspoon with my coffee. Desert came and we sat waiting for utensils. I ordered a local beer and it took so long the waiter felt the need to explain that they needed to go "downstairs' to get it. But everything was serviced hot or cold as it should be. The noise level was "OK" but it wasn't busy so that might be a problem on a busy evening. Seemed pricey to me but we will go back for a special occasion.

   Don't like that they added a tip for the kitchen staff. Spent over $500 for our dinner. Pay your staff properly. It's not my responsibility. Took the kitchen tip out of the waiters 20%.

   Went for breakfast during CSU graduation weekend. The rose latte was so good we bought a couple bags of two types of coffee beans. Good was GREAT and big portions...2 of us shared the chicken/waffles and it was plenty. Another had the homemade hash and loved it. Definitely will go back when I'm in Fort Collins. GREAT staff and we didn't want for a thing.

   There were no issues with our food but I did find it slightly over priced. But then again, everything is these days! There was a $4 kitchen appreciation fee added to our bill (2 people in our party) which I didn’t appreciate. We waited a long time for our food. It was tasty but it didn’t wow us.

   Our dinner was fine. Medium rare steak was a bit overdone but expensive with no vegetable, only fries. The trout was good, the little red peppers were a nice addition. The dessert was bad- chocolate peanut butter bomb. Super stale.

    Went for anniversary dinner with another couple. Nice cocktails (pricey) and great choices for appetizers and small plates. Clam chowder was wonderful with tuna Nichoise salad made a great meal. Shrimp and grits very tasty and filling. Service was perfect.

    The food is always very tasty. The service is always polite and punctual which is really nice. Everyone who works here is also beautiful as well as the decor. Feels like I’m in a movie when I eat here. Thanks for having us.

    service was a little lazy and uninspired, food made it to the table luke warm at best. but the food was so good it more than made up for it, great drinks too. got a hannah’s bananas cocktail which was atrocious but besides that 10/10.

    Unfortunately, the new menu is a significant downgrade. Not visible on either the restaurant website or Open Table, which both are out of date. We were disappointed enough to leave before dining. Server was most understanding, but an evening spoiled.

    The food was fantastic, new menu. We had the trout, rigatoni, and shrimp & grits. Our server Colby was best ever - accommodating, helpful, willing to give recommendations, and attentive. The bar manager had invited a wine distributor to do a tasting event of 5 wines - which was fun and informative. Can’t wait to go back.

    This was our first time visiting this restaurant. It was a good experience. Food was delicious! A little pricey. Fish and chips were delicious. Someone else in our party had the gnocchi and it was delicious. Shrimp and grits were very good. Overall a good time was had by all.

    We had an excellent experience for dinner. In a world where customer service is lacking and quality seems to be in decline our experience restored my hope that some places still value this. I will definitely be back and I think this is now my favorite restaurant

    We loved the food and the atmosphere was fun! Seating was a little close and uncomfortable along wall under the mirror. Wall seating is to far away from table and kind of tight seating when all 3 tables are used!

    We stopped for Brunch on a Saturday morning. The food was great and filled us up. Classic Benny was perfect and the crepes were heavenly. Service was good, the waitresses and waiters seemed a tad overwhelmed. It was a bit loud but we didn’t care the food was just so wonderful! Highly recommend this place. If we are back in Fort Collins we will visit again.

    Wonderful dinner. Good food and drinks, well presented . Attentive staff, polite and around just enough to accommodate any wish or need. Perhaps turn the lighting down a bit in the main restaurant area. Look forward to another dining experience at Emporium.

    Food pretty underwhelming. Vegetarian gnocchi dish was not good with odd-tasting smoky flavoring. Fish and chips were ok and shrimp and grits were decent. Nice environment and waitress was friendly but took forever to get a glass of wine (dinner was done by the time the glass of wine showed up). Given the number of places to eat in downtown Fort Collins I’d go elsewhere next time.

    They ambience is lovely. I do wish there was a little more room between tables for private conversations, but I understand real estate is valuable. I like The Emporium, but our experience with the food has been hit and miss. The first time we visited, we got appetizers and they were good. The next time - they were kind of soggy. My entree was floating in grease :( We’ll probably give it awhile before we try again, but I would definitely try again.

    Was a little awkward when we arrived it was very open yet we were seated on top of a larger party and felt like we were in their space. But by the time our meals arrived the dining room started to bustle and wasn’t as much of an issue. Food was great and so was the service.

    When we arrived the restaurant was nearly empty with the exception of one other couple in the dining area. The hostess went to sit us right next to the other couple. We requested a table further away but were told we couldn’t sit at any of the other open tables, this was awkward for us and the other couple trying to dine. The server was great - attentive and very sweet. The food was all just ok. The mushrooms on the burger uncooked, the french onion soup had a very strong flavor and the blue cheese and blood orange salad didn’t have blood oranges on it. Were they in the dressing?? The ambiance is great but the food fell short.
