The food was delicious, catered excellently to myself (being a vegan) and to my partner being a huge meat eater. Our waitress was also lovely, will definitely be coming back.

Nice local restaurant, had better meals there, this time it was just ok, but then it was quite late, place almost empty, and kitchen close to finishing.

The food was excellent as well as the service. The place is an old haunt for me since the 2000s and it seems a bit neglected. The back room was a mess and could use some attention. It’s still a classic pub with great intentions; it’s distressing to see it looking a bit down at the heals.

I ordered a lentil coconut curry. It was delicious but a fair price would have been the half of the actual price, if you think that half of the plate is basmati rice. The dessert price is more balanced (winter crumble). Delicious too. Very friendly and professional staff. An intimate atmosphere, just a bit too dark and noisy.
