Nestled within the iconic Colony Palms Hotel and Bungalows, we are a California coastal-inspired restaurant that celebrates the essence of fresh, seasonal cuisine. Our culinary philosophy embraces an upscale, modern approach to California’s coastal fare, crafted with the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Our Chef collaborates closely with local farmers to curate an ever-evolving, seasonally driven menu that highlights the vibrant flavors of the region. Paired with an exceptional selection of spirits and wines, each dish is designed to create a truly memorable dining experience.

We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations. A fee of $40 per person will apply to any reservation not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

A hidden gem! Tropical beautiful place! Ambiance and staff were all personalable and friendly. A recommendation for poolside dining. However, we did not sit out because it was way too hot (even with mist sprayers on) . Our waiter was very informative on the history of the property and attentatiive to our needs. Excellent meals and a nice surprise birthday dessert & champagne 🍾 Definitely will be back on our next trip to Palm Springs.

Went for mother's day. We had a wonderful time! Ezekiel was so sweet and attentive, the young man that helped him (we didn't get his name) was awesome. We never had to ask for anything. He just took care of us. The food was wonderful and the desert was a hit! If you want to go out and made to feel special, this is the place

This is a beautiful room. The service was very pleasant and overall competent. The food was not great, shrimp in the salad were cooked hours before and were not terribly fresh to begin with. The duck was overcooked and the salmon undercooked. The cucumber and herts of palm accompanying the salmon was delicious.

We visited as couple times about a year ago and the service was TERRIBLE! We vowed never to go back even though we had loved it pre COVID. This time the service was excellent, the drinks superb, and the food better than ever. I am so happy to say Colony has really turned it around.

Excellent service, food and ambiance at dinner on Thursday night. The only feedback would be, please don’t seat guests outside when it’s windy like it was last night.
