   Lovely food, great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. A little gem has been found, we will be back.

   Service was brilliant Food was innovative and some of the dishes were very looked flavoured and tasty. Overall value for money

   Due to circumstances beyond their control, Sunday lunches could not be served when we visited. However, the staff arranged a booking for our party with another local hostelry and we did not go without a meal. The location nad menu options looked great and we will therefore definitely visit again, once Covid-19 restrictions allow and the chef has his arm out of a sling. We wish ALL at the Coach House Inn, South Luffenham, a wonderful New Year and we will see you soon.

   Great experience overall, with no help from OPEN TABLE , DESPITE CONFIRMING OUR BOOKING THEY FAILED TO NOTIFY THE RESTAURANT!! . Luckily the Gracious Hostess found us a beautiful window table and commented, “This poor communication was a common problem with Open Table.” I’ll be booking direct in future as Open Table is a high risk ineffective business.

   Fantastic quality carvery....everything cooked to perfection and great value. Sky sports in the bar for post meal entertainment!

   We have been to this pub a number of times over the years & it has been good, but we were really disappointed when we went for dinner the other Friday. The guy manning the bar was good & working hard, but was busy trying to hold it all together. So since the waitress seemed to be mainly absent, the barman got us drinks/took our order in the restaurant & finally we had to go to the bar to pay. We had waited 15/20 minutes to order & it took 50 minutes for the food to arrive. My wife's sausage & mash was pretty poor & not good value - sausages poor quality & mash lumpy We noticed how only 6 of us were in the restaurant, which I think speaks for itself. This pub/restaurant seems to lack proper management & staff training. We wont be going there again - although as I say the barman really did try to rescue things. Hopefully the owners & management will take note as it would be a pity to lose what was once a good pub & restaurant.

   we are very sorry that your experience was not upto our high standards and we will be addressing the service experience immediately. i just dont want there to be a wrong impression given to potential customers that see this as it may be slightly decieving as the bar was full for food so as there may have only been 6/8 in the restaurant there was 25+ eating in the bar as well which unfortunately led to a backlog in the kitchen which affected your meal which we apologise for and should not happen.

    Poor service, my steak was inedible, very very tough. Reduced the bill by £8.00.wont be going there again and nor will our many friends and acquaintances.
