   Great service as usual. Joi was amazing!! She was personable but professional. The food was great and the drinks had me and my family feeling good lol 10/10 experience

   The food and ambience did not match the cost. The entrees were either cold, small or unseasoned, which is a crime for a steakhouse. The service was inconsistent, meaning our server was sometimes attentive and then other times he wasn't. I will say the hostess and the manager, who stopped by our table when he heard we were unhappy, were very kind and professional though. However, no one in my party was happy and feel, as I do, that it would be unnecessary to return.

   Late lunch birthday celebration with my beautiful wife of 37 years was fantastic. Russell, our server , was attentive and engaging, First time we met but felt like we had known each other for years. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the 2019 Hall Bergfeld Cabernet. The special birthday dessert was a great end to our lunch.    Jonathan the head waiter knocked it out of the park again by providing excellent customer service. He always knew what we needed and ask what we wanted. The food temperature was excellent. The flavor was superb. They always make us feel special, especially on our birthday and anniversaries.

   Was very excited to have Easter Brunch with family after grabbing the last time slot at 2:30 a week prior. Had a number of issues…..1. We were given dinner menus and server was apprehensive to give a brunch menu when we asked which ended at 3pm. 2. Most in our group ordered filet at the same temp, but they all came out differently. 3. The only French toast available was on the children’s prix fixe menu and since she was a teen, they weren’t going to allow her to order it, but hesitantly allowed it. This 3 course meal included a bowl of fruit as the starter, French toast and ice cream for third course, but they only gave her the French toast and was their normal kids portion. If you allow it…give her what we paid for! My daughter asked me to not say anything. 4. My 6yo Neice did not like or eat any of her meal, yet the server didn’t offer to give her something else, nor removed it or a portion from the bill. The server wasn’t friendly at all…we felt as if we were being rushed. 5. Early on, the waitress dumped a glass of water in my husbands lap. Since with family, we didn’t want to complain to keep things upbeat and positive, but not a great experience overall! No offer to replace items or discount our bill, and we didn’t ask either…just moved on. We will not be going back. The food was decent, but definitely NOT up to par with the prices charged.
