Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our waiter was amazing and he gave us free dessert and took a photo for us. The food and bread were great. The restaurant was also very nice and calm. 5 stars.

    I had a bone in fillet that was cooked terribly. I’ve never seen anything come out of capital Grille that way.

    The steak was superior (sliced filet mignon) a 10/10 and fairly priced. The noise level was acceptable compared to similar venues equally crowded. The service could have been better. I ordered a wedge salad with my steak that never came to the table. We (party of 5) had one round of drinks and weren’t asked about drinks again. They brought the check and never asked if we cared for desert or coffee. It may have been a long day for them and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. I will come back ;)
