Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Went for a Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday. Service and food were great. Andrew took great care of the table on a busy morning. They had a special brunch menu that really came together well. The Bloody Mary was especially good. And the steak on the tasting menu was topped beautifully with an egg. A fantastic meal, I would recommend.

    Tonight we took our niece out for dinner for her graduation . JT was our waiter. Who was outstanding he gave great suggestions, very Attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. My filet was the best I have ever had.
