The Butcher’s Daughter West Hollywood is a plant-forward restaurant, bar, juicery, and “vegetable slaughterhouse,” located in the heart of one of LA’s most iconic and vibrant neighborhoods. We treat fruits and vegetables with the same care a butcher would meat—chopping, filleting, and carving fresh produce into healthy vegetarian dishes, while pressing them into vibrant, refreshing juices.

Led by our Culinary Director Richard Rea, our seasonal menu is 100% vegetarian, with many vegan and gluten-free options, all crafted from in-season ingredients that nourish and delight. This was an amazing dining experience. The food is so unique and delicious and the vibes are emasculate. Also our waiter felt so genuine and it was a pleasure to chat with him each time. He was attentive and warm. Can’t wait to come back!
