I went to Brewer's table for my birthday! It was very nice and accomodating. They were not too busy for brunch which made it easy for us to be seated comfortably.
Great evening! We ordered tapas style and enjoyed all of our plates! Would come back!
Nice place, nice ambience. Good service , but had to return two of our dinner entrees because they were extremely salty, considering that we ordered two of the same entrees and one was fine and the other one was inedible , and then another different entree was inedible too.
Very unique space with great food and even better service.
Chefs were engaged and very personable, recommended both dinners and food was well prepared . An amazing meal!!
Highly recommend this place,
Great beer and better food!
Great place, food, and service! We’ll be back!
Great place! Was able to get seated a little earlier on Valentines Day! Awesome atmosphere, delicious food! Would definitely recommend!
As always a first class experience. The food is amazing. Our service was prompt and friendly.
We’ve been looking forward to dining at Brewer’s table for over a year. We tried to have dinner there last year, but the wait was over 2 hours. This time, we made reservations well in advance.
The hostess was friendly and seated us quickly. However, the service went downhill from there. We didn’t receive any recognition for almost 12 minutes after we sat. Twelve minutes is a long time to wait after being seated. The restaurant was full, but they seemed fully staffed and no one was seated outside. Our sever apologized for the delay and unfortunately that wasn’t the only time he had to do so. The first time he came over to fill our water was the only time he did so until after we paid our check. My wife was only drinking water and their water cups are small, so that was frustrating. He would drop off food and then never ask how it was or if we needed anything.
For appetizers we had the pork belly and it was very tasty. The portion size was good. We had zero complaints. We also had the Cesar salad. For $11 you get a salad plate size, but they very clearly only filled half of the plate. The playing was intentional and very off putting. Portion size aside, it was not good. The dressing tasted like Mayo. Just straight mayo. There weren’t any croutons, so we received half a plat of lettuce, mayo and a few slices of Parmesan cheese. The cheese was tasty.
As a main course, we shared a full rack of ribs. They had good flavor, but half of them were very tough and difficult to get off the bone. The Sauce that they served on the side was delicious, but there wasn’t enough for a full rack. We requested more, but it didn’t arrive until we were finished. It was warm, so I wonder if they had to make it. Regardless it was lost at that point.
Overall, we spent just under $100 on dinner for two. At that price point we expect to enjoy our dinner. We will not being going back and would not suggest it to anyone else. Highly surprised by the high rating on Yelp.
Everything was amazing from the second we walked in the door until we left. The food was so so so good. I’m vegan and there were so many delicious amazing options for me and my non vegan date
Wonderful food, could hear my thoughts and my boyfriend talk, best wine ever.
Made the end of our breweries tour for our anniversary date wonderful. Food was beyond what we expected. That quail appetizer was outstanding!
Great place for good vegetarian/vegan food and good beer
This was our second visit to the Brewers Table. We came back because they added more options for me , a plant based person. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Over prized , for the portions we received. We missed the love in the dishes, the colors and flavors. Our server kept on forgetting us. The only thing we truly love at the Brewers table is the smokey air, which makes it homey. But otherwise: no alcohol free beer, and since we drive we would love to see at least one option on their extensive alcohol menu, overpriced and undersized dishes, and overall just low quality service. Its a no go back
Food is over priced. A hamburger with a few steak fries is $17?! Wow. It was a good burger though, so that’s good at least. Would have rather sat outside and got street tacos. Now that’s a value. We will still come back. Thank you :-)
I am very disappointed with the experience at the brewers table. It was my husbands birthday and I texted, called and on the day reminded them to surprise him with a cake and candle... every time I was assured that it is all good and sorted ... after we finished our meal the waiter just brought the pudding (some sort of liquid thing) and completely forgot about the candle. It was such a disappointment!
Overall the service was super slow, the waitress forgot to bring me the ketchup when I asked ... had to call her to get us the check, overall ruined evening and I’m not one to complain usually ☹️
Fabulous date spot! The beer was bomb. Pork belly and Brussels app was incredible
Waiter not attentive. Food portions are very small. Food was lukewarm or cold. Very expensive for what you get. Will not return and we eat out a lot, so this could have been added to our restaurant list, but sadly no.
I've been to the Brewers Table 7-8 times for drinks only as well as for food and drinks and have always had an outstanding experience. Great atmosphere and the food/beer has alway met or exceeded expectations.
Two of us went to brunch. Atmosphere, service, beverages, food were all good and we certainly will return.
Amazing food, Casey’s service was excellent, food was amazing, choices were top notch, love it
This was my first time visiting Austin, and I have never experienced such hospitality before at a restaurant. I decided to take myself out to dinner on Saturday night, and stumbled upon the Brewers Table. Not only was the food and drink amazing, but the overall atmosphere was superb. The entire staff down to the chefs and GM made me feel like family. I had planned to stop in for breakfast the next day, but something came up and I am majorly regretting not being able to continue this phenomenal culinary adventure at the Brewers Table. If you are in the Austin area, get your butt to the Brewers Table. Shout out to Chozet, Wood and Becca! Y’all rocked. Can’t wait to visit again.
We hadn’t been here for food in quite a while but so glad we decided to dine here. Everything was delicious and really enjoyed sitting at the chefs counter. Will definitely come back.
The brewers table did an excellent job. Great drink menu, cocktail list, and awesome in house brewery. Every menu item we had was executed perfectly!
Great ambience but not stuffy. Wait staff were great and had wonderful recommendations. A little pricy for what you get (small dip with a few chips was $10, bread $9...and glass of wine started at $13/14). Tri Strip entree was phenomenal but pork shank dish was bland with cold grits, which for the price was disappointing. I think we’d come back though to try the next season’s menu.
Wow! Definitely the best combination of food & craft beer EVER! The grilled oysters were amazing, as was everything on the menu! Great atmosphere & service as well. Will definitely be going back!
We loved our experience at the Brewer's Table. It has a really easy-going, but chic atmosphere. We loved sitting at the bar and having the pleasure of watching the chefs work - super impressive. The food was good, but pricey, as were the cocktails. We want to come back again and try more things. I'd recommend the caesar salad and wings out of what we had. Their beers are great and getting unique beers to-go is a cool feature. Chozet the GM is super accommodating and friendly - we loved getting to chat with him!
It is simple good done extraordinarily well. Will be back for another special occasion! :)
Best brunch in town, BY FAR!!! We had the best experience. I can’t wait to get another big group and sit out on the front patio. This is my favorite spot! Great food, great drinks, great staff!
Amazing service and food! Tried quite a few items off the Dinner Menu and was blown away by each and every one. Wide range of options offered to please any pallet, but with a pared down menu as to not overwhelm you. Personally checked on by both the owner as well as the head chef. Attentive wait and bar staff. Everyone provided valuable suggestions on food and beverage pairings, with a wide range in both. Decor was beautiful with work from several local Austin artists and a great view of the brewery if you're dining in the main area. Great experience eating here for the first time this week. 10/10 will recommend and can't wait to return!
Great happy hour and dinner spot for entertaining. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful space. Great beer and wine list. Solid cocktails. Ate our way through pretty much everything on the menus and enjoyed it all.
I live in the neighborhood, so really wanted to like TBT. Our table of 4 laughed when the $12 caeser salad was presented to share. It was plated such that it took only 1/2 a small plate it was served on. Each person had 12 leaves each. The $38 scallops came with nothing else, just some juice. My chicken was pink inside and vegetables bland and also undercooked. Hope they improve, the beer was good, though but lots of other places to drink beer.
Food, ambiance, ownership, location, building structure, everything. Fantastic establishment. Don’t leave without getting the wings ♥️
Service was slow and used plates not cleared in a timely manner. Owner/ manager stood talking near by without considering customers needs.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. There had been some confusion about my reservation (on my end) and the hostess was friendly and helped me.
I took my parents here to impress them and they loved the food selection and the beer selection.
It is in the expensive side, and it is worth what you pay for it.
Apps were OK. Entrees had issues and staff did little to address. Cold and under seasoned food are bad signs. Not going back unless for a beer.
It cannot be overstated how great this place is. The vibe, service, drinks, and value are all superb. The menu is exquisite. No one in the country is really doing what they are from a technical aspect, and their Hill Country ingredient dedication is fantastic. Spread the word. Spend your money. They’re fantastic at TBT.
We ate here on NYE. We had been previously a couple of times and always sat at the counter to see the kitchen action. Tonight we wanted to enjoy the dinner and company more than the show. Found was outstanding as usual and the beers to accompany the meal were great. Solid choice for any event.
