   We cancelled our reservations for the Derby Party because it was totally misrepresented. There were not going to be any tables. We were told a few chairs would be around the room. You were just going to be standing around to watch the race. I had (I thought) booked a table for 4. So basically ordering any kind of food was out of the question. To be fair, it did state that one drink was included and some appetizers. For a total of $54 we didn't think the value was there.

   We had a great meal and our server was terrific! Very interactive and friendly. Drinks and food arrived in a timely manner and everything was excellent.

   Great date night at Brass Onion. Seating was as requested, off to the side and quiet. I had a lovely classic martini and chef's featured beef medallions. Service was excellent.

   It's a super nice place for a date night. The ambience is nice, the waitress was super friendly, although not having a lot of costumers that night, she sometimes took quite some time to check in on us. The food was delicious, but my beef short ribs were a bit on the dry side. Overall it was a nice experience.

   I’m not sure the chef knows how to prepare green vegetables-the collard greens didn’t even have salt and pepper on them! No flavor or taste at all. While good, some of the fried chicken was undercooked and had to be sent back. We didn’t complain and tried to make the best of it. The price was fair, but in looking back, I feel our meal should have been comped as it was 3 of us who sent back their chicken. Service was to be expected, she had to keep going back to get things to pack up our leftover food to Go-didn’t think to provide a bag to put the food in so we had to ask .

   The food came quick and hit! Very flavorful and large portions of chicken for the Mr. Bs entree I ordered. The sides and cornbread were amazing as well!

   Wonderful experience, the food was warm & delicious, the server was polite and efficient, overall complete satisfaction, glad there was a special meal to celebrate Easter.

   Easter brunch was a hit! The food was excellently prepared and very tasty. The selection was good too. We ate biscuits and gravy, chicken and gravy, salads, and quiche. Service was spot on. We will be back as this dining establishment is a gem.

    The Brass Onion never disappoints. We come here frequently. We accidentally read the wrong week for the weekend specials, but were still pleasant surprised with what was available when we got there. My fiancé got the rack of lamb and loved it. I had a bowl of gumbo and lobster deviled eggs. I can't come here without having either a cup or bowl of the gumbo, even though it's so heavy I can't usually eat anything else. It's worth it every time.
