We had a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The noise level was very loud indoors. We all ordered the clambake special. The shellfish - clams and mussels - were cold but the shrimp was hot. One of the dishes had no sausage in it at all. The lobster tails were chewy but the claw meat good. Our server was very good. Overall a mediocre experience and we wouldn’t come back.

There were five of us, and we were seated at the exact type of table we requested. The food was fabulous as was the service. We often come here but this was about the best we have experienced. Not a single complaint at the able except for the acoustics! So noisy! We screamed at each other to be heard. That’s it!

This was the second time we have been to the Boat House this month. The first time was great. Saturday night the food was cold. Three of us ordered the Clam Bake. The corn was very cold. The mussels, clams, and shrimp were barely warm. The Crab was moderately warm. In fairness, the place was packed but the kitchen needs to do a better job of getting the food out while it is warm.

We had to wait a few minutes for a table but the young lady at the desk was very kind and considerate. The food was excellent and our waiter was also excellent. A group sitting near us was very loud but not much can be done about that. It was a fairly large group and a small number were loud. It was a wonderful evening at a great restaurant as usual.

The food and pricing were amazing! We had to wait a bit when we arrived despite having a reservation because we wanted a table by the windows. We had a quick drink at he bar and were seated pretty quickly. Definitely worth the trip from Marco to Naples!!

Service was very slow compared to other places we dined while visiting Naples & Marco Island. Kids meals came out almost 10-15 mins prior to adult meals which meant by the time adult meals came kids were done and ready to leave. Tried getting our server attention a few times but only stopped over once. There was food on the floor around the table when we sat down which I get happens when dining outside but there was hundreds of ants even on the chair my son was on. Overall I felt there was other places that were a better choice for my family in the area. If you have a boat and want to dock it might be a better fit.

Great location and views, I was on the outdoor deck. Parking can be a challenge, but they offer valet. Definitely worth a stop.
