The food was 10/10 when it arrived however the service left a lot to be desired, needing to ask three different people across the course of 30 /40 minutes just so we could pay our check when other tables had been seated had their drinks and also got their check in that time was not great and left a bad taste. If it was busy it might have been ok however it also appeared to be quieter at this time as well with multiple free tables 😳

We have eaten here before when visiting London and as always it was very busy. The food is great and the majority of the staff excellent. Unfortunately this time one member of the service staff let them down - when I queried about the length of time our food had been sitting on the side (unfortunately for him I could see it sitting for at least 15 minutes from our table outside) the individual dismissed my query and said the food was still hot and was fine, he had to leave it there as he had dropped a plate of food and was clearing up, which I had seen. I had also seen him push something back on one of the plates. My sister’s food was stone cold and mine lukewarm. The young lady that came over to check if we were ok was extremely helpful and took both breakfasts away and they were both recooked. The food was very good and just a minor hiccup but it’s a shame that this male member of staff was so unconcerned and dismissive, otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

We booked a table but the wait to be acknowledged and seated was too long. Not even a "I'll be right with you" or "Sorry to keep you waiting". Once seated we waited ages to be served in spite of a waitress coming outside and serving the table behind us. The food was nice but the coffee was terrible. The flat white was in such a small cup and for the price it was I find it outrageous. Plus, it didn't even taste nice. To add on a 'discretionary tip' of 12.5% to the bill is quite a cheek based on our experience. A poor experience and at about £25 each for food and a coffee I find it ridiculously overpriced. I won't be going back.

Paying at the till & not the table was chaotic! Food very good and huge portions. Excellent coffee. Clean toilets. Pleasant staff. All a little rushed. Requested a quiet table and request was honoured. Would recommend booking. Extremely busy.

Good food and reasonable prices given the area. Pre-booked a table which was vacant prior to arrival yet still had food debris on the table from previous users which hadn't been wiped down properly. Main issue are the tables are too close together so can feel uncomfortable and noisy.

We had lunch at 12.30, Sunday. We were informed that the food would be delayed for 40mins. A bit weird, as it was not fully seated and the kitchen is supposed to be 100% functioning in this busiest time. Fortunately we were not rushing on time. Service was good, people were friendly. Food was great as well.

This is a really nice bright and airy space to catch up with a friend over an affordable brunch in central London . The service was personable and fantastic we had an either Aussie or Kiwi waitress who was lovely. It was good value especially with the happy hour & my scrambled eggs & my friends bacon and egg bun were really nice - they make 'chefy' style well prepared scrambled eggs. I will definitely return.
