   It was a perfect date night! We had the most beautiful view of the mountains! The drinks were delicious, and the food amazing! You must get the charcuterie board! We couldn’t ask for better service, everything was very prompt! We are looking forward to going back! It’s a perfect place to go before a show at the amphitheater!

   This was our first visit to Aviator. It wasn't super clear how to find it, other than we knew we needed to go up. There were no signs at or inside the elevator. You just had to guess/assume it was on the top floor. Even when you got off the elevator, you kept having to peek around corners to find it. The food that they offer is really good but very niche and limited. Great for a date night with amazing views and atmosphere. We'll be back to enjoy it all again.

   The available food menu is a bit eclectic. They might add some less fancy bar food items like potato skins, onion rings, etc. I enjoyed the tuna nachos and Bao Buns, but I just think they're limiting their food sales.

   Great cocktail selection. Draft beer system still broken after months, though. Food is not typical bar food--seems like mostly sushi or sushi-like appetizers. No real entrees. Service was excellent though, the drinks were great, and the view is outstanding. Definitely make reservations if you go on a weekend.

   From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm, gracious greeting that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Our server, Luke, was truly top-tier—attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the restaurant. Having been with the team since its opening, he shared fascinating insights about the thoughtful design: every detail, from the color palette to the decor, was intentionally chosen to honor and celebrate graduating classes from the United States Air Force Academy. It added a unique and meaningful layer to the atmosphere. The food was just as impressive. The tuna nachos were incredibly generous, bursting with fresh, bold flavors. Each cocktail we tried was perfectly balanced—a true testament to the bar’s craftsmanship. The bao buns were a standout: rich, meaty, and packed with deep, satisfying flavors. We ended the meal with the rice pudding, which was not only delicious but a textural adventure—layered, playful, and surprisingly exciting. A beautiful blend of history, hospitality, and elevated cuisine. We can’t wait to return.

   We had a reservation yet arrived to watch the hostess give away her last table to a walk in. While we got an apology since we’d made a reservation we ended up at the bar and service was slow the whole time. The manager was there running around trying to help but not in any coordinated fashion so just added to chaos. This had been a favorite spot, not sure we’ll be back.

   Sat by the windows for sunset and enjoyed every minute! Ordered Tuna Nachos and the meat and cheese charcuterie, so many wonderful flavors! Jayden took great care of us!

    Wonderful experience at The Aviator with a large group of 10 people. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodated a few extra people added to our reservation last minute. The drinks were great, unique, and fun. The chef made a gluten free sushi roll for someone in our party with celiac- outstanding service. Only recommendation would be to have some more filling food choices.
