   We had a reservation yet arrived to watch the hostess give away her last table to a walk in. While we got an apology since we’d made a reservation we ended up at the bar and service was slow the whole time. The manager was there running around trying to help but not in any coordinated fashion so just added to chaos. This had been a favorite spot, not sure we’ll be back.

   Sat by the windows for sunset and enjoyed every minute! Ordered Tuna Nachos and the meat and cheese charcuterie, so many wonderful flavors! Jayden took great care of us!

   Wonderful experience at The Aviator with a large group of 10 people. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodated a few extra people added to our reservation last minute. The drinks were great, unique, and fun. The chef made a gluten free sushi roll for someone in our party with celiac- outstanding service. Only recommendation would be to have some more filling food choices.

   I love when I get to write a review of a GREAT dining experience versus perpetual complaints! HAHA! The first thing that stood out was the staff. Professional, personable, and went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure my special night was exactly that. The manager was kind enough to introduce himself to me and checked on us to make sure everything was good - he was the cherry on top. The drinks were proper, the views are INSANE, and… wait for it….the food was awesome. Like I said, I’ve had so many poor experiences in my years dining out (and I’m not shy about speaking my mind), I couldn’t wait to write about some positives. This place is top of the heap and I can’t wait to go back. If you have a special someone that you want to take to a fine dining experience, with ambiance and a homely staff serving high end food, this is the spot. Get every appetizer you can. And try to somehow save room for dessert. Thank you, Aviator staff & kitchen!! What a debut for me as a patron. 20 out of 10!

   Spectacular views of the front range, along with occasional hawks flying around. The large armchairs by the window provided us with a quiet, relaxing setting to enjoy our cocktails and sushi. Highly recommend.

   Very nice server. They were out of several key menu items and they didn’t have draft beer because the system is broken. We had eaten at Pamela’s previously and really enjoyed it, but the Aviator food was not nearly as good. Music was loud, but overall the ambience is great. Views are incredible.

   This is our 2nd visit and we loved the new sushi inspired menu they’ve put out. Our server Lily was attentive and never let our drinks go empty. Tammy and Travis at the hostess stand were very friendly as well! We will be back to try the rest of the menu soon.

    The view and the service were outstanding! At this point a reservation is best to get a table. We felt the cocktails and food needed some refinement. For our tastes, several of the signature cocktails were too sweet, the sushi rolls were unusually salty, and the matcha powder on the edamame was unusual. I would stick to the Pork Bao Buns or the Tuna Nachos for a bite to eat—or grab dinner in the restaurant downstairs as it is excellent!
