Best spot in Houston. Love the service and the ambience. And the food!
The girl who picked up the phone to help me with reservation was unfriendly and somehow rude. When I got to the Resturant the host did not let me sit until the other 2 members arrived. There was no greeting and no guidance on what to do next. Even though I had reservations I was not allowed to sit at our table. I was waiting by the bar meanwhile and there was no bar tender. I was trying to order a drink till my friends get there but there was nobody who could take order. There was another customer next to me who was very frustrated by their customer service and she was waiting with no guidance. The only person who was nice and great with customer service was our waiter. The remaining are rude and unprofessional.
Excellent workstaff, their attitudes. Love this place.
Still one of the best restaurants in Houstonn
Weird that we didn't receive our horderves prior to our main course.....this was a first. but Christopher came to our rescue with an assist from William.
Thanks guys, we really appreciate you and your service.

Great brunch. Will come again
Perfect spot to celebrate my birthday with a brunch. Excellent service, the food was absolutely delicious and we had so much fun.
Outstanding food, service and atmosphere! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Good not great. Will give it one more try on a Sunday for fried chicken.
We requested a quiet table and the hostess was very accommodating. Our server provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome.
It was especially good yesterday! We loved the mushroom soup and the RC Clay seafood salad was absolutely Devine! Enrique is just one of the best servers ever, which makes the whole experience so much better! Thank you!
We had reservations for 2:30pm, food did not arrive until 3:30pm. I’m pregnant and felt sick from waiting too long. There were not a lot of customers but service was very slow. I ate here in September when it was more crowded and received food faster then. Beautiful place, have been here several times.
Birthday for a friend
Girls night out celebrating a friend’s birthday. The entertainment was wonderful, the food & service was great. The Appetizers were good. The whole evening was Heavenly. I will definitely go back.
The food and service were impeccable.
Couldn’t have had a better dining experience
Bday event. We loved it
Beautiful place and awesome atmosphere! A great place to celebrate something special!
Nice ambience. Great service. Crab cake tostadas! 😁
Best butter I’ve had in the United States! Waygu ribeye was amazing, as were the scallops. Brussel sprouts were also some of the best we have had. I don’t usually leave reviews but we were pleasantly surprised by how great the food was. Will definitely be back!
No hostess, waited for 5 minutes. Waiter greeted us with “the kitchen closes in 10 minutes.” Otherwise fine.
Late lunch..,loved it!
We are told its noisy at prime time
Higher end on price but expected for the area. Good food and service was great. Would definitely dine again.
Worst service ever
This was the first time I had been to The Annie since it was changed from Cafe Annie. The food was delicious and I have absolutely no complaints there. I made a reservation to specifically sit outside with me and my friend. When we were taken to our table, the hostess kept asking if we still wanted to sit outside, which didn’t make sense since that was the type of reservation that I specified. Once outside. I cousin see why. There was only 1 table left and the group next to us had take the umbrella that was supposed to be for our table so our table was completely in the sun, which isn’t ideal in Houston. I was a little disappointed and annoyed that clearly our umbrella was taken, as every other table had one. I feel like when you make a reservation it should be honored, and knowing that there was a table reserved for outside, the group next to us shouldn’t have been allowed to take our umbrella. We ended up sitting inside because of it and getting a table that was half the size. I’ll still go back because the food is delicious but you need to do a better job of e during the outside tables all have their umbrellas and not allow a group of women with 2 tables pushed together to have 3 umbrellas.
We enjoyed Annie's caviar for an appetizer. We had the filet and the salmon for our main course. Both were excellent!
Lousy service. Totally indifferent to us white folks. Robert has lost the magic. Don’t go there.
We went for an early dinner out on terrace. Many tables were not cleaned off the whole time we were present. Waiter in a hurry and did not want to spend much time explaining the menu. Gave a purse stand for some guest but not my wife. Fly got into my cocktail and had to send it back. Covered side dish with napkin to keep flies out. Food was good but had to eat it fast before flies got into it. Waiters inside and outside were NOT masked according to CDC guidelines. They should be in this restaurant. This is not the Annie's we use to go to.
This place is really nice but some of the items in the brunch menu were a little overpriced ($6 for 2 biscuits, $12 mimosas) for brunch.
Our server was very slow and barely added anything to the experience.
Food and service were wonderful. The noise level was a bit too loud, and I would like for them to space out the seating more. Overall, a nice dining experience.
Perfect table on the terrace, lovely servers and amazing food! Easily my favorite restaurant in Houston.
Nice meal. It was very cold in the restaurant and waitstaff seems inexperienced.
The food tonight was excellent. Truly excellent. The service left a lot to be desired. A lot. The waiter disappeared for the first 15 minutes I was there. Not even so much as a glass of water when the food started to arrived, the service improved. Then the waiter disappeared again. For close to 30 minutes. I wanted a cup of coffee. No waiter anywhere in sight. I finally got up to go find a waiter (preferably my waiter) and by the time I found him I was so frustrated I could not think about what I had wanted, just thapt he was nowhere to be found. I told the waiter that our meals were excellent, but the poor service really spoiled an otherwise lovely evening. The waiter said that he " had been in back" (whatever that means). I told him that I had no idea why he had "been in back", and I could not imagine why is should be OK for him to disappear for so long. After I had spoken with our waiter, the gentleman at the table next to me got up and told the waiter that he seconded what I had already said.
Went to try for Houston restaurant week and it was very nice .
First time and love the food and experience. We will return
Our service was outstanding
Really enjoyed it. Very lively.
