The Alpine Chalet was such an amazing experience! 5/5 stars Me and my friend dined here today! We got sat down by such kind staff! The service was wonderful, we got served in under 15 minutes and the staff were very attentive, not to mention the food was so delicious!!! The Cheese Fondue was creamy and delicious I will most definitely come back here soon!! 5/5

Very poor service. I ordered the tartiflette and i had to send it back as it was full of oil. My husband ordered a virgin mary, only tomato juice came. They made an other one, had to wait 25 minutes to get the same again. Very disappointed. I won’t go back again.

Our fondue took 30 mins to arrive and was gummy instead of being melted and creamy, waiting staff asked us to stir it constantly. Still gummy. They increased the level of fire. Still gummy. They asked us to use a spoon to stir it instead of the fondue sticks (?!?). Still gummy. Apparently it was too cold for it (11°, probably the warmest evening we'll have this winter), but generally if you start a terrace pop up for a couple of winter months in London, I doubt it's going to be 30°. They then took it back to the kitchen and when it came back after 15 mins, it magically worked and stayed fine till the end. It took about 1:20h to actually be able to eat the fondue, we were not the only table having this issue. They also forgot our potatoes and the bread was basically made of stones, but the steak was ok :)

Poor food and service. The staff were nice enough but we waited 45 minutes for water, over an hour for food. After this length of wait the fondue had not been prepared properly and arrived at the table cold and not melted. The kitchen and staff have not been trained /caught up with the new concept yet.
