   Celebrated Mother's Day at 239, the ambiance was great, lovely live music. Staff was very professional and friendly; they made sure that we were served well. Love this place, and the food and drinks. Received a complimentary mimosa and rose in celebration of Mother's Day. Dining experience was wonderful, and it was perfect for our family!

   Server was less that helpful. A favorite item was taken off the menu because it was Mother’s Day weekend, and he was not willing to ask the manager if they could prepare it for my wife. Other gaps in service made for a disappointing experience.

   Our first time dining there and pleasantly surprised. We were able to secure a last minute reservation on Mother's Day. The place was very busy but the servers were very efficient and polite. Our food was delicious, the atmosphere had some life to it and our server was wonderful. He explained when we ordered it was a "scratch" kitchen . Fortunately we were talking, so much, we didn't have a timer on how long it took to get our food. We were all very impressed and will definitely tell others about it. Thanks for a lovely Mother's Day--rose and all!

   We sat under the covered patio for Mothers Day Brunch. Absolutely perfect! Delicious food & great service. So pleasant!

   I really wish I could give a better review. My guests were very pleased with their meals however we chose the restaurant based on my restrictions vegetarian and gluten. I asked about gluten free flat bread and was told that they were out of all flat bread (at 5 pm) and so I tried to order gf garlic beach bread and was told they didn't have any gf bread at all. So i just ordered some parm truffle fries. The server came back and said they'd found some bread so I ordered the beach bread. All of the food minus my garlic bread came out. My fries had the parm but it seems they forget the truffle oil. My folks both tried them and couldn't taste any either. Quite a long time later the server brought out a totally charred flatbread cheese pizza with red sauce. I immediately questioned if this was garlic bread and she assured me that it was. When she came back I said that I'd not been expecting garlic beach bread to have red sauce and taste exactly like a flat bread pizza. After even more time in the back she finally decided that the wrong thing was made and without asking me just said they were making the correct item. At this time everyone at my table was already done eating so I just said I didn't want it. They didn't charge is for it and a presumed manager came to apologize saying that they no longer served flat bread but found some old ones in back and were attempting to make what Iwanted to order, gross. 1) Please update your menu 2) have the server explain the menu 3) don't have your server flat out lie continually and gaslight me that it was garlic bread when it was obviously a pizza. Bad bad service.

   The Happy Hour Hamburger was terrible, the bun was like a McDonald’s bun. With next to nothing on the very thin patty, the fries did not come up to the top of the small container. Will not be returning, paying full price for this would be ridiculous! Went home hungry and ate there!!

   Great service our waiter Juan was very attentive and personable. My granddaughter is gluten-free and dairy free and she was thrilled because there were so many choices that she could have. We had a great evening.

   I am gluten-free and dairy free and I just wanna say that I was so happy to go to a restaurant where this wasn’t an issue! I believe it is imperative that all restaurants have a separate fryer for clients that are gluten-free. And I appreciated the fact that you did! I love, french fries and despite having a favorite place where I used to like my french fries, your restaurant has the best french fries I’ve ever had! Our server was extremely accommodating. I haven’t seen my friend in four years and we sat there for 3 1/2 hours. Although we did tip her well, she was accommodating to all of our allergies. I love the ambience. It was nice to go back to Naples and visit my previously Home town, and come across your restaurant. Thank you.

    We frequent The 239 quite often and this was our worst experience to date.. We were sat promptly at a nice table outside in the covered area as requested but it took 5+ minutes for our server to come and take drinks orders despite the restaurant being fairly quiet. He brought these and then took our food orders only to return shortly to advise that they were out of meatloaf. If a restaurant is going to have a (good but) limited menu then it should not run out of staples on it especially when business is fairly slow. We had to ask for the menu to be returned so 5hat my husband could make a different choice. It was a good 10 minutes before our waiter returned to take the updated choices. At this point the plate of popcorn should have arrived but I’d didn’t and in fact we only realised this when we later saw another table being served theirs shortly after their arrival. It took a long time for our food to come out - over 20 minutes and I think it was closer to 30 minutes. Our waiter was conspicuous by his absence during this time not even coming over to apologise for the delay or check if our drinks needed topped up. We started on our meals and my salmon was piping hot and had obviously just hit the plate. This was more than could be said for the sides which were lukewarm and, in the case of my mashed potatoes (which are usually excellent) dried up. My husbands meal was not piping not either which with burger and fries it should have been. We were over half way through the food before our waiter checked back. I explained about the mashed potatoes in particular and he did offer to get something else but we had already waited more than long enough and were hungry so I declined. 5 minutes later he put our bill on the table but hadn’t asked if we wanted desserts, coffees or drink top ups! At this point we gave up on the evening and paid and left. It was a real shame as we usually have excellent food and service even when they are really really busy.
