Arrived earlier then our reservation & just grabbed seats at the bar. Business was especially slow at the bar area. Took forever to get menus. Then took forever for someone else to take our drink orders. My date ordered a chilled shot & mixed drink. I ask for a Sam Adams Summer Ale. “We don’t got that” I ask for a beer list. Order a Fat Tire from the list. “Oh we don’t got that no more” So I order a Sam Adams off the beer list. “We ain’t got that neither. “ I ordered a water half expecting them to not have water at this point. Got the water but I never even touched it. My date did her unchilled (ordered chilled) shot & nearly got sick because it wasn’t what she ordered. We paid for her drinks & left for Shula’s where the service was EXCELLENT

First of all, I made a “reservation” but upon arrival, they do not take reservations?? Their website indicated otherwise and Open Table sent me a confirmation. Waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks. No Dewars Scotch although it is on their menu. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed by any requests. He was very apologetic but just seemed new. One chooses these restaurants with an expectation of consistency but this Friday’s was very poor...far below par.

It had been a long time since I had been in a TGI Friday's. It will be a longer time until I go back. This is not the TGIF that I remember. Menu has been gutted. What happened to the steak options?

Awful. I showed up and the greeters were extremely rude and said they don’t take Open Table. Then I was not allowed to make another reservation on Open Table. If they don’t use Open Table that’s fine. They need to remove it. Just seriously rude. There are a lot of options for restaurants these days and I can certainly go elsewhere.

We had a reservation for five adults and a child for my birthday. It was made several days in advance. Been a stripes member for years and usually a good time at TGIF. It was not busy when we got there are there were several locations to sit. What we thought might happen if there were no round tables for six would be to push two four tops together to easily handle six. So what did they do? no six top rounds.... took a four top square and pushed up against a larger round table right next to the front door. Created a very awkward design for a party of six AND for the server. Not the best location in the restaurant for a birthday event. A trip to the rest room revealed numerous options including large rounds or two squares. The restaurant was only about 30% capacity so no issues there. Kelly (our server) was absolutely fantastic in spite of the design. We even convinced her during our dessert to enjoy a birthday cupcake.

Waiter got a few things wrong. But much better service than in the past. We stopped going because of the bad service
