Beautiful view! Wine was wonderful and the service and food was to die for! We would definitely come back. Wish they had more vegan options.
Lorenzo was a great and attentive server. Very pleased. Will returb.
It’s cool to take tram to restaurant. View was spectacular
Sashimi tuna appetizer outstanding. Wasabi encrusted great pickled vegetable accompaniment.
The miso shrimp with Asian slaw was fantastic. Creative and delicious. Get this if you go. If you don’t order this. Someone in your party should!
Only negative comment was my fish dish. I did not want the asparagus that was the vegetable accompaniment. They refused to substitute ANYTHING else. Server said no substitutions. I told them just don’t plate any. I ordered the goat cheese polenta as a side, which they charged me for. Fish was ok but with a entree price of $57 I thought this was odd.
Wine selection was very good something for everyone.
Dessert: we ordered the chef special a fireball apple “dumpling” it was very well done
Despite my experience with the fish entree. I would go back
Enjoyed our anniversary dinner! Our server Donald was very attentive, efficient and friendly. Food and drinks were very good.
Great food. Fun date night dinner. Well worth the price. Tram tickets are a little too pricey on my opinion.
MP sea bass was super high for portion. I kicked myself after and should have got the pork chop. For the cost of the pineapple green chilie marg, horrible value for the portion. I ordered straight up the second time and it was small!
Steve our waiter was Amazing! Loved him! Excellent service!
Tram was nice to get priority because we had reservations.
When making reservations, you should inquire if a table by the windows is desired. We would have preferred a table by the window versus sitting in the middle of the room next to the fireplace.
Perfect night for a tram ride and dinner at sunset. The meal was good and the service was fairly prompt.
I paid $92 for myself + $30 tram + tip. This included a salad, main meal, desert, and one non-alcoholic drink. The food was skillfully done and flavorful. Fair price, overall, but lacked attention in the service I received. More info below.
Look, at this price point I expect excellence, and it wasn’t there for the following reasons:
1. It took 10 minutes for my waiter to arrive to greet me after I was seated without any water. After he greeted me it took him another 7 minutes to bring out the water. 17 minutes for water? That’s my first impression.
2. The fork I was given had bent tines - unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.
3. The menu failed to mention that the main meal had bacon in it, which I don’t eat. So luckily I was able to pick that off as it wasn’t really baked into the meal but rather sprinkled on top of the side dish. Nevertheless, the menu should have that information.
4. The empty glassware was never removed from my table. Seems they were understaffed, but again - at this price range - get it done right.
5. They fail to mention that the tram ride costs additional $30 / person so the heads up to ya!
Food was excellent, view, restaurant, service was superb. The tram ride down was upsetting after a wonderful restaurant experience. The Tram employee gave us a lecture on how poorly native americans are treated, called us ignorant if we did not call them anything else but indigenous people. Insulted local Cibola high school for the mascot name, used the tram atmosphere inappropriately, gave the restaurant guests what she considered a politically correct message. THEN, said she would charge us $20 for a photo with her, a real native Indian. Bad finish to a great experience.
Absolutely amazing venue. Service was fantastic! Food absolutely delicious! One of the best meals for the value I have ever had.
A truly wonderful experience. The restaurant is absolutely fabulous. A very special place. And the ride up the mountain to get there makes for a truly unique and spectacular evening.
Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was AMAZING and the drinks were delicious.
Great special occasion place. Service was extremely slow, however. I understand that everyone is short-staffed right now, but we saw three other parties get served, dine, pay their bills and leave while we waited and waited and waited. We sat down at 5:45 and missed the 8pm tram due to the slow service. There was nothing special about our orders or requests; we just appeared to be very low on our server's priority list.
The ambiance and scenery was amazing but the food was very mediocre especially for the price. Food was way too over salted and the steak was cooked too much which was very disappointing for $60 steak. If only the food was up to par, this place would be amazing.
Wonderful, wine was wonderful, dinner and service was excellent
Wow we expected the food to be good but not excellent due to the location at the top of the tramway. But we were amazed by the quality and quantity of the fare. I had the rack of lamb which consisted of EIGHT ribs of medium size vs most restaurants which serve 4 larger sized ribs. Mine was so generous I shared entire ribs with everyone else. The ahi appetizer was so robust & delicious as well. My husband’s ribeye was perfect and again quite hefty. The service was top notch and every need & taste bud were attended to with excellence. Ten 3 is definitely the best restaurant in ABQ and in addition to the spectacular views, it’s the perfect date or special occasion dining experience!
You can’t miss the experience of riding up the tram to this beautiful restaurant and seeing the sunset! After the sun fades, the lights of Albuquerque below are stunning
Food was very good. They allowed my husband and I to share as we are not big eaters. Servers were attentive.
Bartender really knows his stuff! Best Pain Killer I’ve ever had.
Our first trip and the food, service and entire trip was enjoyable.
My wife and I went here for dinner to celebrate our 1 year anniversary while we are in town for a friend’s wedding. Everything about the experience was phenomenal! The tram ride up offered an unbeatable view of the city and surrounding areas. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fancy but not snooty. The service from the hostess to our waiter was outstanding throughout our entire dining experience and the food was just WOW!! My wife got the Filet and I got the Chilean Sea Bass. Both were incredible, cooked to perfection and very thoughtfully prepared! A big thank you to the Ten3 staff for making this evening so wonderful! We will definitely be coming back whenever we visit Albuquerque!
Breathtaking views, wonderful atmosphere and staff, and delicious food and drinks!
Of course the main attraction is the location. Riding a tram up to the top of a mountain overlooking Albuquerque to find your table overlooking the city lights is amazing. Add to that the incredible food and you'll find it hard to beat.
From the bread they bring you before the meal, to the margaritas, to the entrees... everything we had was perfect. There was nothing I would change from the atmosphere to the food, all top notch.
If you're thinking about trying Ten3, do it. You won't regret it!
Definitely worth trying to get a reservation! Experience of a lifetime! Very special and top notch.
The hostess was rude and lied to us. We wanted a table at the window. She placed us in the back while the window tables were left open . Vey unprofessional
Fabulous!!! Food, view, service!!!! Highly recommend!!
We were from Colorado. We were there mainly to attend the balloon festival, but heard about the tramway and your restaurant, and made reservations to do so! It was fabulous! We would recommend it highly to anyone. Thank you!
Highlight of our 12 days in New Mexico! Sunset was breathtaking! It was a night to remember!
Ten3, the formal dinning room seated our table of four 20 minutes early. This was great except we had ordered at the lounge bar drinks and appetizers during our wait. Apparently the “rules” don’t allow bar items into the formal dinning room. What, were we expected to leave a $15 drink on the bar and half our appetizer? There was a great deal of confusion among the staff about us taking the drinks and appetizers into the dinning room. The frustrating part was when our server continued to talk about us “breaking the rules” and he wouldn’t receive adequate tips since we tipped the bar staff. We tried to make light of it but it was embarrassing to be singled out as a table of rule breakers.
My husband had Rib Eye and 1/2 of it was gristle . I had a Filet and it had no Flavor. The did remove my husbands steak from our bill because it was too late for us to have them make another one and actually felt it might not be any better. Would not recommend this restaurant. We have no issues paying the prices they ask but it does become a problem when the meal is really bad. Service was excellent and staff was great.
We are here for Balloon Fiesta for the week. My husband, son and daughter in law. We all took turns choosing our events. I really really wanted a fine dining experience with an outdoor adventure of the tram. The tram was fun! Our Ten 3 experience was unsurpassed by any fine dining experience my husband have ever had! The food was exquisite! Every bite a tantalizing delight. The chef is one of the best we have experienced. And fine dining is not new to us. Our server, Don, was exceptional! We all voted our dining experience as the highlight of our trip…tied only with the Balloon ride at mass ascension. We will all savor our memories for years to come!
The tram ride up the mountain was beautiful and scenic the lights of the city were spread out below us and beautiful as well. The food was wonderfully prepared. The service was fantastic. Not something for everyday but great for special occasions.
Absolutely a delightful evening with my husband and our mothers who are in their 80's. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was exceptional. Thank you for a great experience!
Entire experience from the incredible tram ride up the mountain to checking in for our reservation to our delicious dinner. Very nice experience. We shared the fish special with the lobster risotto, some sides and drinks. Outstanding. For those that may cringe at the $12 split plate fee...let me tell you, it's totally worth it. Portion size was very generous. Thank you.
We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband’s birthday. We were seated by the windows and enjoyed a breathtaking view! Our server, Miya, was excellent, charming, and very knowledgeable. We were treated like royalty and had a wonderfully amazing evening!
Maya was our server and was just perfect. She was very informative but unobtrusive. The view was, well, I’m sure I don’t even need to comment on that. What more could possible be said about that other than EPIC. Our food was delicious and we reeeeaally wish we would’ve had room for dessert. ALL visitors to ABQ need to come here.
We had an excellent dinner and shout out to John at the bar for great service.... we loved watching the Bucs win on SNF
First of all; this delightful dining room and bar is at 10,000 feet. You have to understand that. This is an amazing restaurant with a killer view of Albuquerque. Most people are not acclimated to that altitude. Be hydrated. Don’t go up there already intoxicated. They have oxygen. The staff knows if you need it. If they offer it, use it. OK, the restaurant is fine, and I do mean fine. Listen to your server. The chef and food are amazing if the altitude doesn’t influence your experience.
Service was unlike anything I have ever experience!
Ten 3 had a great review and the food and service were incredible.
