Ten 3 is hard to rate because the venue is so unique and fantastic. There is a great deal of cost associated with operation atop the tram and the menu is quite expensive for what you get. Still, one needs to respect the cost of being there and embrace the venue. The food is very nicely prepared but flavors are confused. The pace is relaxed and the service is excellent. As much as I love ABQ and its moderate-cost food venues, there are no true 5-star restaurants in ABQ... so Ten 3 is high-end for ABQ but neither Ten 3 nor anything in ABQ rises anywhere near the level of a Michelin restaurant... which is really my 5-star standard. That said, my rating is heavily biased toward the high-end and relative to ABQ. If you want Michelin you will need to get on an airplane. Again, embrace the venue and recognize that in isolation, the food is expensive and just ok. Go anyway!

Overall we had a great night and our server made things right. However, with just a few minor adjustments it could have been an excellent night. Bar service was a bit slow and got slower as the evening went on. Best wedge salad I have ever had. I ordered what they call a starter as my entree, Mac and cheese. Flavors were awesome but it was lukewarm. I sent it back and when it was returned the bowl was warm but the food was still lukewarm. I ended up just taking it home and heating it up later. The server did take it off our bill. Appreciate he did that. We would give it another chance but somebody please buy the kitchen some instant read thermometers!

So the view is absolutely stunning already making this very worth it and the food (especially the appetizers) is very good. My only critiques are that sometimes my server was a little bit forgetful, the chef doesn’t believe in ketchup which is my favorite so I was sad, and certain dishes were just okay. The chicken in the chicken dish was amazing but the sides were just okay and we didn’t eat them. If I hadn’t gotten appetizers and just that entree I would have been disappointed, but overall I recommend and would say just get a ton of appetizers instead of entrees!

Do not eat there if you are GF We ordered an appetizer where the bread and GF bread were to be separate. The menu clearly stated GF bread available We talked to the waiter before hand about the GF situation, items on the menu are marked what can be made GF They put the wheat baguette on top of the appetizer and then gave a small separate plate potato chip looking things. We just asked them to take ot away We had lamb and ribeye. Very fatty and well, you would do better at Outback Medium rare was blue rare For the price we expected a lot more. The experience of the tram with ABQ evening lights coming up was lovely. I would grab a burger and drink at the lounge and enjoy the view on your own.

Aaron was our server and was awesome!! Food was delicious and the portions were huge!! And after we were done with our meal, Aaron brought out a special treat of chocolates, to acknowledge our reason for our visit, our anniversary. It was a lovely surprise!! The entire staff was great. They put real effort in the attention to details and into the quality of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

The trip up the tramway was only beginning of my special time at Ten 3. We went early enough to enjoy the sunset and it was well worth the wait. Our table sat next to the window overlooking Albuquerque and the adjoining areas giving you the feeling of being on top of the world. I ordered the halibut, which was the special of the day. There was nothing on the plate but the pattern when I was done, and everything was absolutely delicious.

I heard the quality of food was just alright, which is true. Expensive for what it is, but wasn’t BAD. But we went up there for the view and ambience (for our anniversary), I had our whole dinner planned around the sunset and we got seated in the back. I was facing the kitchen and my partner’s view was blocked by a fireplace in the middle of the room. We asked to move, and the host said each table was carefully planned for every guest so we couldn’t, although there was never not an open table by a window the entire time we were there. It was very disappointing to pay $75 to get up there, $130 for steaks, $40 for two drinks to have the view we would have had in any nice restaurant. Our waiter, was the only above-average element to our dinner. And he tried his best to make things out of his control better for us.

Overall Great experience. The views, apps, and service were amazing. However, the steaks had very little flavoring and should be addressed. Especially at $65 a pop. The $50 to reserve the table did not go towards your bill. Not to forget the tram tickets to the top of the Mountain. Overall a cool experience, but will be a one and done due to the cost of an average steak.

We had a great encounter on our evening. We had a reservation rather early in the evening but feel it worked best with the logistics of making it up the mountain. Staff was excellent and the food was very very good. Would certainly recommend doing as local or even one traveling.

Celebrated a friend 70th!😁it was perfect. She had a birthday card waiting on the table which all the staff signed! Spenser are waiter was amazing and treated us like queens! And the view of Albuquerque was magic! We will be back!

The views are spectacular! The service was excellent. However, the food was not what I’d expect for such a beautiful restaurant that is priced as a five star. If you want to go to Ten3, I recommend going to the bar side. The food is equivalent to “bar food” and that way you won’t be disappointed. Something about New Mexico that I can’t understand is, the restaurant with the most beautiful views, have the worst food! Disappointing.

Ordered the ribeye medium rare and the steak came well done. Tasted frozen. The caesar was washed and never dried so the dressing was a watery mess. A glass of Malbec was 3x price the of a bottle. This place is a one-time visit gimmick.

The food was exceptional. We tried the specialty cocktails and the margarita was surprisingly delicious with the chili salt and dehydrated chili. We also enjoyed the Three Sisters dessert.

I used to live in Albuquerque and never been up the tram before. I came back to visit some family and introduced my new boyfriend to my grandmother I must say this was the perfect place to go. It was a great ice breaker. Beautiful view and great service. The food is not all that but it is good enough. We spent about $400 and it was definitely worth the experience.

The whole overall experience was wonderful. Make sure to buy your tram tickets ahead of time as it is popular and was sold out when we got there, thankfully, we had our tickets and if you have reservations you are moved to the front of the line to board. I wish they would give Ten3 guest priority when going back down. Had to wait almost an hour to board to get back down but the views were wonderful. Dinner was fantastic, more than what we really needed to eat. Our waiter was very attentive and provided good local history and things to do. Overall great experience

Besides the view, this was nothing special. It was very expensive for what you got. The worst part of this dining experience is the 1.5 hour wait to get back down on the tram.

I wish that there was an expedited tram line going down like there was for going up. We had to wait over an hour to get on the tram. The restraint experience was fabulous!

This was our first time at Ten 3. Not sure that we’ll be back. The food and drinks were good but way overpriced. It’s a beautiful place with lots of ambiance if you’re seated at the window. We were not, and that made all the difference. I wanted to take photos while inside Ten 3 but felt uncomfortable, especially when I was asked to move as a new group was being seated. With the additional cost of the tram and being literally sandwiched-in in both directions, the experience just wasn’t worth the price.

Jennifer, in the bar, was fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nick was our waiter, he was fantastic, enthusiastic, professional, timely and knowledgeable. The food was very delicious! The beautiful views, while dining, were second to none! Everything was terrific.

For most of us, this is a special occasion restaurant. We're looking for good food and good service. Our experience was mixed. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were asked to wait - no problem, until another (slightly larger) party arrived, with a reservation for 30 minutes after us, and were seated immediately. We ended up next to them, at an identically-sized table, so it wasn't like one size of table was available and another wasn't. Not a big deal, but sloppy service. Initial ordering process was okay, and the appetizer that one of us had ordered arrived a little slowly but was good. Then we waited. And waited. And waited for our main course - close to an hour. This appeared to be a problem in the kitchen - the waiter was attentive and pleasant. The main course I ordered was asparagus cannelloni with mushroom-quinoa salad. When it came, it was two small cannelloni with a huge heap of quinoa and mushrooms, in a rather bitter sauce. The asparagus were very thin (a positive) but rather dry. My husband's main course was more successful. By this point we'd been in the restaurant almost two hours. None of the desserts really appealed - they all sounded overly complex and trying too hard - and we couldn't face waiting any more. So we skipped dessert, but were pleased by the very excellent truffles we were given with the bill. Overall, a mixed experience. Some of the food was good, some not so. With an admittedly pricey bottle of wine, we paid about $250 for one appetizer and two main dishes. I realize that running a restaurant on top of a mountain carries unique challenges and costs, but the annoyance of waiting and the high price just didn't seem worth it.

The food and service was outstanding as we had heard it would be, the noise however was just intolerable. My wife and I went to Ten3 for our 44th anniversary and could not hear each other talk, very disappointing, will not go back.
