Although the alpine dining experience can present amazing opportunities to create lasting memories, weather can occasionally present unexpected challenges related to our remote tram access - please be patient with the rare and unavoidable delays or cancellations that may result due to high winds or adverse weather conditions.

Otherwise, highway robbery.
Lived her 10 years. Won’t go back without discounts.
Had an 830 reservation, arrived 15 minutes early and was seated by 830. At around 9:00 we were finally visited by wait staff to get our drink order but only after we asked a manager if we were going to be waited on, at 920 or so we finally were able to order our food. In total we had around 15 minutes to eat before restaurant was closed. The food was good but will not return due to the poor service that we received.
Proposed to my girl. The staff was amazing and it all started with the hostess girl that is behind the counter. Waitress from Santa Fe awesome! Food was freaking awesome! Overall experience was a 10 of 10. Girlfriend said YES!!! All was perfect!!! Thank you Ten3! We’ll be back!
Despite the waiter telling us they had a full bar we could not order a Muscato wine, a strawberry daiquiri because we were told they had no blender, or an apple martini. Yet they served mixed cocktails on their menu. We were also the second reservation at 5 PM and were told they were no guarantees to set us next to a window even though we were there 15 minutes early and spoke to the staff and being second on the list with plenty of tables next to the window open.I think it is very expensive to pay $100 to go up there and eat and spend more to eat. I should give you a discount on tram tickets at least.
The food is incredible. The service was perfect. And the view - well, beyond comprehension.
The steak dinner was amazing. But I had to sub my short ribs for a dry pork chop. I was very disappointed that it was like shoe leather. Wishing I would have ordered the steak.
We had a lovely evening. The service is fabulous. The food great, although the cooked greens were over-salted. The view was spectacular!
Ten 3 was a fantastic experience. We had a beautiful view of the sunset then the sparkling city lights for dinner. The food was so amazing and well prepared. Our server gave the best service and did not disappoint. Definitely our new special celebration spot!
Everything: ambience, view, service, food, drinks; were top notch. We had the crab cake special, porkbelly, and the mole short ribs. Each were delicious, perfectly sauced, etc. And the blue corn bread was to die for. And the service was top notch. The staff was obviuosly trained to the same, high standards. One obvious sign was the posture they assumed table side: very upright with one hand behind their back. All the servers did that all the time. A sign that training is taken serously and is successfully implemented. Also we had a couple of other servers stop by to check on us, just making sure we didn't need anything. Our server Skye was outstanding. She was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I asked for her recommendation for a Japanese whiskey. And the one she recommended was superb! An awesome experience; we'll definitely be back. And I'm already recommending it to friends.
Planned a special night out, made reservations far in advance but was suprised to learn at the bottom that dining room was only for set menu at set price; no other options were available. Up to this point, despite confirming reservations twice was I ever told this. So i agreed due to lack of options at that point to elsewhere.
4 course meal was terrible, food was cold, under cooked, presntation was subpar, and food options fell far short of price point or level of restaurant atmosphere. Even the wrong wine was served at table and needed to be corrected.
Both myself and my date left hungry and extremely disappointed.
Of course the service, atmosphere, and view made up for a lot, but if we had known what we know now, we would have cut our losses and went to Golden Corral.
Went to Ten 3 for a special Valentines Day dinner that was a fixed menu and price, and we were not disappointed. For us this will always be reserved for special occasions, but the food is great and the views can’t be beat for this area.
Took my wife up the mountain to Ten 3 for the first time. I put it was her birthday on our reservation, and the waitress acknowledged her birthday. The food was excellent and the ambiance was great. We will go there again.
My wife and I went for an early Valentines celebration and were pleased. Our service was great and the food was pleasing. Our only complaint is the Dress code. We were dressed to the 10"s and almost every body else was in jeans, and that fact dimmed the experience for us. We still enjoyed the outing.
Had a great over all experience. Service seemed a bit slow. We would dine here again.
Food was exquisite- fabulous vegan options. Jamie, our server could not have been better.
The reservation in the restaurant portion went as planned. We were seated on time, but waited 30 minutes for any kind of service. We finally got up and left, and went over to the bar. The bartender was very attentive and we ordered from the bar menu. The food was good, arrived quickly. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. Go straight to the bar if you are planning on a visit and avoid the restaurant. You will have a much more enjoyable time.
Service was great from making an easy reservation to our team ride down. Excellent communication up to the tome of our reservation. Staff was super friendly. Can’t wait to go back!
It was a wonderful experience. Great ambiance, wonderful service, and excellent food that came out hot and in a timely manner. I appreciated their flexibility in substituting potatoes for additional veggies. I will definitely return. My friend and I agreed the silver coin margaritas were delicious at the tram. The Ten 3 silver coins we had at the bar were nothing to write home about and had a ton of ice-- my one complaint of the evening.
Overall, a disappointment given the price. Of course the view was breath-taking, but I wasn't only paying for the view. The food was under-whelming for $50/plate. Add the pre-dinner$50 bar tab (4 beers and 1 appetizer), and $50 Tram ride, and the evening became extremely pricey, real quick. I don't mind paying fine-dining prices, when the food and service are up to fine-dining standards...
Everything about the restaurant was fantastic. The "value" would have been much higher if it didn't cost an additional $20 to $25 per person plus parking fee to get to the restaurant. But the food was very good and the service was great. The portion size to price ratio was good.
The views are amazing!!!
I’d recommend Ten 3 for the view and for a few items on the menu (steak and lamb were excellent). But the service, desserts, drinks and overall experience left us a bit disappointed. It was worth the trip once. But I doubt we will be back.
First time coming here and service was great! Our waiter I think Justin was fantastic and I loved how they even brought up our anniversary too! Thank you!
This was our first time visiting Ten 3 and the 4 of us had a great experience. Our Tram attendant "Positive Terrance" was very entertaining and informational. Our group had nothing but great things to say about the food, service, view and experience.
Amazing new restaurant, the owners did this one right!! Beautiful surroundings with the interior of the restaurant is "casual elegant". Riding the tram car to the top is especially wonderful for a special evening. The food was outstanding, great variety of choice with good authentic NM flavors. Service was excellent. The bar area was very comfortable, nice area to wait if needed for table. We requested a special table and the staff made it happen. Very nice celebration of a birthday.
Great view and atmosphere, the food was quite good, and the staff is very professional. It is quite worth it to go, and the tram ride is itself makes it special.
That was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The food was amazing and worth every penny. Expect quality not quantity although you definitely get plenty to eat. Everything was absolute art. The staff were extremely friendly, the bartenders, the hostesses and the servers. The view is breathtaking. If you get the chance to go to Albuquerque it is a must that you take the Tram up the Sandia Heights mountain. It’s an experience you will cherish for a lifetime. Be prepared though...it is very cold on top of the mountain.
For locals who are interested in fine dining, it is an effort to get to the restaurant. On top of the hour and 20 minutes spent getting to and from the restaurant, the $50 charge (2 dinners) for the tram is outrageous. The restaurant should have come to an arrangement with the Tram. Sandia ski reached a discount for skiers who are using the tram, and the restaurant should follow. We would love to see Ten 3 survive the difficult fine dining market, but the current business model impedes sustainability.
The food was good, but the menu should bee updated every once in a while. More vegetarian selections for the main course be a good idea. We dined at the restaurant right after it opened and the menu remain the same.
Beautiful Restaurant, great food!
We came for my birthday and I was excited that we were able to get a window seat! We did not ask prior so I was not expecting one. I was pleasantly surprised when we were sat at one. Thanks for that!
Excellent food, wine list and service.
Best view in the city.
Great meal, beautiful view. Very good food. Excellent service!
No kids menu so had to pay entree price for a piece of chicken plus $12 to split the plate between a 7 and 6 year old. Dirty rice tasted like dirt. Mussels were old and rice for paella was not good. Steak, bread, mashed potatoes, parmesan fries were all very good. I expect a lot more for $250 to ride the tram and have dinner for two adults and two children. Won't be back.
What a great way to spend a special celebration dinner! We were amazed at the whole experience!
They could have served us garbage and we still would have been happy due to the view. Thankfully they didn’t do that. We’re vegetarian and so we tried to red Chile squash soup, the cauliflower steak, and the potato tomato tart. Everything was great, especially the soup! The dark chocolate dessert was amazing as well.
One of the bar tenders was being a complete jerk. He nearly set out dinner off on the worst of starts. Luckily we got away from your bar area and our service was impeccable. If you care about your brand and reputation I would seriously keep an eye on the bar staff and get them some breaks if they are feeling overwhelmed.
Dinner was amazing.
Tram ride was excellent! Restaurant is very well re-furbished! Better than ever! Great staff working for you! pleasant, courteous and accommodating! Well priced! Will do this again soon!
Clients raves about the food
Unless you are guaranteed a window seat and it is your first time going to the tram, the value is not there. $50 in tram tickets and $150 in food that is just average does not make it worth going again. The service was outstanding and very attentive. Unfortunately the high priced yet disappointing dinner item drives the 3 star rating.
We dined here to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is beautiful and the view fabulous. Our server Clementine was very friendly and attentive as were others that checked on us periodically. The food came out hot and was very good. The only downfall is having to buy tram tickets just to get to the restaurant. A complimentary cocktail would go a long way to offset the extra cost. Fortunately we had comped tickets this time. That however will limit how often we return.
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. We timed dinner so we could eat by sunset. The usual New Mexico skies did not dissappoint. Service was great - the wait staff was attentive but not intrusive. Teh cocktails were original and wonderful. The entrees were phenomenal - best salmon my husband has ever had. I loved the breads. And we met a wonderful couple beside us.
