Once again, Siena did not disappoint. Went with friends, we had the balsamic calamari and a tasting board for apps. Entrees were a short rib lasagna special, bolognese, shrimp with Parmesan risotto. The food was excellent. It did take a very long time to get our entrees but we weren’t in a rush so didn’t mind.
As usual we had an awesome experience at Siena last night. MiMi our waitress went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!
VERY noisy and crowded. Not at all enough waitstaff. Food was mediocre. French fries were frozen (not fresh). Took way too long to get food. Won't be back.
We booked our reservation with the intention of having a nice table. We did not appreciate being seated at a booth almost in the kitchen. The restaurant was not crowded at the time and other seating was available. When a requested to be moved the hostess rudely commented that I had not requested a specific booth on my reservation.
We were able to move to a much more comfortable booth.
Our waitress was excellent as well as our food but our initial interaction with the hostess ruined a night that I had looked forward to.
Another great meal with friends. Only one small complaint. The Ladies room has only 2 stalls and one had no functioning latch. Mentioned it to our waitress and was told that it had been that way for a few days and they couldn't find anyone to fix it. Find that hard to believe. Please fix the latch.
Saturday night hostess a thousand times more professional than weeknights.

Very small portion of risotto with salmon. Salmon cooked perfect. Shell fish and pasta excellent.
The tasting boards are delicious, wish there was more that came on them though. The food was excellent and so were the drinks. The wait staff was attentive and kind.

Always had great meals here, seems to be in a bit of decline. Service was extremely slow and waitress made very few appearances. Maybe I should have sat inside where you are a bit more visible. Last week I ate at the bar and the service and food were great.
We are fairly regular diners here. Last night we requested to move our table to avoid a blinking light above our heads- the accommodation was made quickly without fuss. The food as always was fantastic! The eggplant starter is luscious and the salmon special with figs incredible. I wish there was a salmon dish on the menu permanently. Hubs had the Fruiiti de Mare and raved about it.
Thought we would try this place. Lived in Smithfield and Lincoln area most of our lives but never tried Siena Had wonderful meals and server was very attentive and knowledgeable. Would recommend it highly. Also reserved a table ahead with opentable.
Food was delicious. But the service was outstanding. Sue, our server was about as good as we could have hoped. The dinner is much more enjoyable when you have good food and great service

A wonderful experience, the gift certificate which we had two years, opened a joyful dinning fest, and the food was equisitely tasty and well prepared. My wife and I both had the Gamberi Timo, shrimp over Risotto; magnificent. We can't wait to go back.

Sienna Smithfield,RI was very easy to get to. Been a few times and will continue going. Food, service, are always excellent. Server was very knolegeable about the items on the menu. Great time!
Had to wait to enter as a meeting was going on. Everyone was pleasant. It took 10 minutes to have a waitress approach us. She was pleasant but a bit slow. Our meal was amazing.

We generally enjoy sitting at the bar here (which we did last night) but the whole place is amazing. The food and the service are second to none and you won’t find a better bartender around than Amanda!
Waitress wasn’t very attentive and somewhat dismissive. This dining experience was disappointing since We always enjoyed dining at this Siena. I think the portions were smaller as well.
I treated my husband to a birthday dinner… (he did not want that fact known). We were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress Angelica was very sociable, pleasant, prompt and professional. Service was quick and food was wonderful. Can’t wait to return.
Birthday… had to eat cake outside on trunk of car.. wouldn’t let us have it inside

I am never disappointed at Siena. Excellent food-delicious, creative selections. Outdoor dining is available weather permitting. Great restaurant!
Charcuterie was very good. Waitress wass knowledgeable about portion size- Manzo, short Ribs, frutti di mare, &penne a la vodka were very good. Dessert Special ran out but we had a late seating. One special martini Hot &Dirty wasn’t very good. Way Too much olive/pepporicini juice. Instead of just a hint like a normal dirty martini.
Hostesses we’re very rude but our waitress Enid was incredible! Bucatini with shrimp was weirdly sweet and wouldn’t recommend it. Everything else we ordered was phenomenal. Starters: calamari fritti, Firenze tasting platter; Entrees: Frutti di Mare, Linguini with clams in white sauce, and salmon special; dessert: s’mores cheesecake, tiramisu, and warm apple bread pudding; Drinks: blackberry mule.
Cocktails at the bar were well made and flavorful. Our sever, Kayla was outstanding. She went over the specials and started us with our first course and so on. Charcuterie board was perfect with good amounts of olives, nuts, cheese, and fig spread. Our calamari was good, but we would have liked it more on the crisper side. Mid ciurse, Caesar salads were fresh and tasty. Entrees, linguine and clams in white wine, shrimp with a pink vodka cream sauce, and braised short ribs over risotto. All well paired and mouth watering. Finished the night with tea, Spanish coffee, and the Smores Cheese cake dessert special and chocolate gelato. Delicious cheesecake, but very dense. Best Father's Day dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent all-round.
