   El problema no fue del lugar, sino de que la información en open table no estaba correcta o estaba incompleta. Antes de decidir en qué lugar quiero comer y reservar , veo el menú completo para poder decidir. Eso fue lo que hice. El caso es que llegamos muy puntuales a nuestra reserva y la sorpresa fue que él menú era muy limitado y nada que ver con el publicado en la aplicación. Comentamos y mostramos nuestra reserva con el menú y solo nos dijeron que lo sentían y que esa información estaba mal. Desafortunadamente lo único del menú que podría ser una opción, era una pasta a la pimienta , en fin , no hubo ninguna flexibilidad del restaurante para darnos algo del menú publicado en la aplicación. Creo importante que se especifique que en el horario de 3 a 5 es un menú y de 5 en adelante es otro, ya que no tiene punto de comparación en variedad y el de 3 a 5 limitado y cero bueno. Si en la aplicación eso se dijera y yo hubiera visto ese menú, sin duda alguna no hubiera reservado . Se debe especificar. Desafortunadamente decidimos ya sentadas cambiar a un lugar que la comida fuera lo que esperábamos Independientemente de que solo tenía una mesa ocupada y era la de nosotras.

   If you’re looking for excellent food and an elevated experience-look no further. We got: -burrata with GF focaccia bread -beet salad -risotto and the short rib pasta -butterscotch dessert I’m already trying to figure out when we can go back! It was a great meal!

   Nina was an excellent server. The Lamb Ragu and Quail weee outstanding. I would definitely try this when you are in Vail.

   The food was amazing. We had a great wine recommendation from the sommelier. We loved our table by the window looking out on Vail mountain and the atmosphere. The let down was the pacing of the courses. It took more than 45 minutes between bread and salad courses. Not acceptable timing and they didn’t seem to acknowledge the kitchen pacing issue.

   I hosted two dinners at Tavernetta and the service and support we received from the restaurant was incredible! I had guests arriving at different times so we made two reservations and the restaurant worked with us to get everyone fed. The food was amazing very well presented and it tasted wonderful. Make sure you have the burata! Thank you Tavernetta Vail!

   Exceptional experience from start to finish. Wonderful selection of northern-Italian inspired dishes with carefully curated flavors. We had the olives and almonds to nibble on, followed by a mixed salad - plenty big enough to share. The buttermilk chive dressing was incredible. For mains we chose the Malfaldine with short rib and the Linguine with lobster. Both were perfectly portioned and bursting with flavor. Service was five stars; warm and engaging from everyone we encountered. Great value for a luxury experience in Vail. We will be back!

    We were anxious to try Tavernetta's Apres'-Tivo. Let me say, we had a wonderful experience! The spritz menu had too many fun choices to try in one sitting. We also ordered one Spirit-Free beverage. I don't recall the name, but they had a few thoughtful choices. I really love the trend of restaurants extending their bar program to include interesting Spirit Free drinks rather than just Coke, Sprite and iced tea. We enjoyed all that we tried. There were 5 of us and we ordered 2 orders of focaccia bread, 1 Robiola E Fruta, 1 Coppa, 1 Piatti Di Cicchetti, 1 Arancini, 1 Casio E Pepe and 1 Burratta. It was exactly the right amount of food. We didn't end up eating dinner that evening. The Burratta is made in Italy specifically for them and came atop a delicious sun-dried tomato, marcona almond pesto. Delectable! The Casio E Pepe had pasta that was perfection and a rich sauce that had everyone saying ummmmm with each bite. Our fail here was ordering it after we ate the other items so we didn't have any focaccia bread left to mop up the sauce. We won't make that mistake twice! The real story of the night is one of kindness. One of our party has a severe allergy and asked some questions about cross contamination and what might be safe to eat. Our server discovered the arancini we'd ordered are fried in the same oil as the allergen. Without us asking the kitchen made a separate batch in fresh oil so our diner could enjoy some too. Amazing! That thoughtful gesture had 3 of us in tears. Our business has been earned for life! The staff were a very efficient team with everyone removing plates, filling water glasses and taking drink orders. Go! Enjoy Apres'-Tivo or dinner. Spread the word!
