All of their entrees are homemade from fresh ingredients by Chef Sergiy, who after obtaining his professional cooking degree, worked in various gourmet restaurants and prepared meals.
Galyna and Sergiy arrived Florida after operating and development a restaurant in Ukraine for 10 years.

We have been here at least 4 times in this last season.
It never disappoints! The young couple who bought it last year continues to make it somewhere "special". We introduce our "out of towners" to the restaurant & some locals who have never been here. They are MOST accommodating !
This little restaurant is gem. We started with a garden salad and the warm bread. Both were so fresh and good. The entrees were beautifully presented and delicious. We had fresh fish that was on the menu. We ordered a wonderful French wine to complement it. We always love a dessert and we were so enjoying ourselves we over indulged and ordered two, one would have been enough but they were both super delicious. The night’s special was chocolate mousse and it was a large serving. Very rich and decadent. The second dessert was a cream and nut concoction that was light and refreshing. The husband and wife owners are seriously involved in the restaurant and make everything. Really a wonderful dining experience.
We had an excellent meal As good as any French food in quite some time, including the NYC metro area.
The appetizers were especially good: Warmed brie in a rolled crust and duck pate

The food is terrific. I like to start with the escargot which was delicious. Very nice wine selection red or white by the glass or bottle. Seafood was excellent as was beef Bourgogne and we were able to eat outside in comfort as the evening was pleasant.
Only one other couple dining. Food was wonderful. A bit of a language issue. Music was low & sweet. Pricy but will return.

Excellent French food in cozy friendly environment. Multiple fresh fish choices as well as traditional fare like beef bourguignon and lamb chops. I had fresh pasta dish ala chicken normandine which was delicious. Also all home made desserts by one of the owners. COVID safe as well with spaced outdoor dining
Cute little restaurant in the medical center area of North Naples. Food was very good and well prepared, with interesting takes on some traditional French dishes. New owners are passionate about their business.
We would go again when the area. Give it a try if you enjoy French cuisine.

Our table was ready when we arrived. Our server was pleasant, knowledgeable. Food was fantastic as was the presentation. Wine list was extensive. Overall an excellent experience. We will definitely return.
We had the veal sweetbreads and rack of lamb, both were excellent. The fresh French baguette was also a nice touch.

Fantastic French food by Serhiy and charming service by Halyna, the co-owners of this upscale French bistro. Will become part of our regular dining rotation. The frogs legs (large ones imported from France) and sweetbreads were outstanding, as were the desserts and appetizers, and a good French wine selection.
We visited this restaurant years ago under the old ownership. Galyna and Sergiy have turned a former average restaurant into a magnificent venue. Galyna is so welcoming. The menu is wonderful, perhaps a little pricey but worth it for the exquisite food. We shared the Escargots au beurre d'ail. My husband had the rack of lamb with herbs (Carre d'Agneau aux Herbes.) I had the Veal simmered with olives, tomatoes, and provencal herbs (Cassolette de veau a la Provencale). Both dishes were delicious and copious. Sauces are made individually for each dish so if you have food allergies, they can easily accommodate you. Galyna was happy to open any bottle of wine we wanted for only just a glass each (we have a horror of wine by the glass since so often restaurants have bottles around for several days making the wine taste bad -- but not so at Tartine & Tartlette.)
Give this restaurant a try. They have outdoor tables so if you don't want to go inside (during these Covid times) you will be comfortable outside (although I didn't notice any heaters but for the few really cold nights we get here sometimes in southwest Florida it's hardly a problem..
Excellent fish. Lamb chops were awesome. Great place to space out and eat outside during COVID times. Owners make handmade deserts - streusel and others delicious ! Good French bread to start with a cheese plate.
Our dinners were spectacular. Escargot to die for. Veal stew, sweetbreads and fish entrees were just amazing. Will definitely be back.

Service was slow. Onion Soup delicious. Cheese plate was $20 consisting one piece of bread (fresh), 3 cashews, 3 blueberries, 3 raspberries, 2 slices of Brie, a small wheel of a type of soft cheese, a very small chunk of another cheese. We asked for more bread and were given one each, the size of a baguette slice. Kept asking for more water and it came slowly. My friend had one glass of wine. The total for each of us with tip was $30. Not worth it at all. Sorry to say.

Cheese plate cost $19.95and includes 3gourmet cheeses:Brie,Goat Cheese and Comte or Merlot,piece of baguette,fruits and green salad.Price is definitely worth what you get on gourmet plate. You’re been served with basket of bread,when we asked you if you would like more,you said few more pieces.Water was filled all the time during your dinner, cause we had just your table at that time in restaurant. Appreciate supporting our small business at this time!
A wonderful little French Restaurant with a delightful couple who run the restaurant. It was a quiet night, the food (lamb and ris de veau) was impeccable. Will return. 😊
We had a delightful dinner at Tartine and Tartelette. The food was absolutely delicious and presentation exquisite! Homemade bread was great, and wine list is quite good. Service was excellent! Lamb chops were some of the best we have ever tasted and the scallops were really tasty, with a delicate sauce. And this place serves the most delicious escargot!

This is a very quaint and relaxing atmosphere and you don't feel rushed in any way. The food is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and they wear their masks to protect the customers and you.

A hidden gem - we had an absolutely amazing meal there and would recommend this restaurant highly. Wine selections are wonderful, delicious appetizers and wonder choices for dinner. started with Escargot - I had brie cheese fried with honey, pork tenderloin for dinner and grouper topped with mussels and shrimp. I will be going back again the food was delicious and the service was wonderful.

Nicely run, clean and neat, French bistro. Attractively decorated with a very attractive, well diversified menu. We went for dinner, but my guess it is that it is an even better choice for lunch.
We enjoyed the dinner with our friends tonight. Food was great. I ordered grouper and it was one of the best I had so far. The wine was great and tasty dessert as well. Looking forward to come back.

My husband enjoyed a quiet dinner together. We loved going there with the old owners. To our Delight the food was still delicious. Since I am gluten-free it is always hard to find items that have great sauces. I had the grouper with a cream sauce that was delicious and my husband had the filet with a wine sauce. Which was so good It was also gluten-free so I tasted it too. We will be back when we are in town.

What a delicious meal we had at this restaurant last evening, if you are looking for authentic French cuisine this is the best. The young couple that own this restaurant now are delightful, she is the waitress and her husband is the chef.
This was a take out dinner on the first day that restaurants were closed in FL. We had made reservations for that night but settled for take out. Each entree was as delicious as we would have expected for dining-in.
As usual, we had an excellent meal.. All of our selections were well prepared. We especially like to order the Ille Flottante which was delicious!

The sweet breads were over cooked.The scallops cost 10 dollars each and they don’t know how to serve Creme Burlee.
