Breakfast was bland and mediocre. The service was lackadaisical, and we constantly had to flag our server down for refills on the "bottomless" mimosas. I do not recommend for breakfast.

We came in for Saturday breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. The coffee was yummy, the bloody Mary is awesome and a decent price, the cinnamon monkey bread was warm and tasty. I ordered the avocado toast, which was different from others I've ordered, tasted great and the presentation was nice and it came with a bowl of fresh fruit. My husband had the Loco Moco and he liked it (ate the whole thing). It, too, was different from others we've had and the presentation was good and tasted delicious. Kyle our waiter did a good job making sure we had coffee, water, etc. We will be back!!

Outstanding Saturday breakfast. Great menu and the 1 cent bottomless mimosas or the 1 cent bloody Mary's are terrific and quite the bargain, Food and service and atmosphere are great. Tables are far enough apart that we felt comfortable with social distancing,

The Saturday breakfast offerings are fantastic. The free monkey cinnamon bread, the $0.99 Bloody Mary's and Mimosa's as well as the service were also great.

We were seated in the front room if the restaurant, it was very loud, making it hard to hear each other at the table and our server.
This has not been our experience in past visits.
The food was very good and we enjoyed the food.

They have changed and taken away some of the items on their Sunday Brunch menu and also what’s available at their buffet for lunch part. They only had two selections of meats the day I was there and they were both fish made with two different sauces. They have added a French toast and pancake bar which was really good. They just need to add a few more items for lunch and bring back the old made to order menu!

The striped sea Bass and the Mexican Halibut were delicious, as were the Lobster Mashed Potatoes

Food has always been delicious at Taps. I got the classic eggs Benedict. Nothing too outstanding compared to other places that sells it; however, the value of a penny bloody mary and mimosa was very good. You also get a free cinnamon roll.

I ordered deep fried scallops (deep-fried not on the menu) best D/F scallops I've had in 25 years.

The server took too long to come to us (at least 5 minutes) and they were not that busy. That said, she was an excellent server - I would rather wait 5 minutes and get someone like her any day of the week.

Only complaint about food is that the vegetables were skimpy; as was the wedge salad. Must have been a small head of lettuce.

My steak was fantastic...my wife's scallops were good (with just a few grains of sand keeping it from being amazing).

I really like TAPS and recommend it to everyone.

Our server Nicole did was very pleasant and checked up on us frequently. We were having a small celebration for my wife’s birthday, and Nicole did well to time our appetizers, salads and main courses between gift opening etc. and even helped remove empty gift boxes and wrapping paper. The drunken Mahi Mahi plate was great for me, and my wife really enjoyed the Miso Sea Bass. We had a very nice meal and walked away happy and satisfied.

Loved the Saturday brunch special. And the food was greatest though I got the loco moco and the eggs were overcooked. I did mention it and got new eggs; however, service overall was very slow for it not appearing very crowded. The waitress for the table next us came over to them twice as much to check vs or waitress.

While the food was good and I am a loyal patron of Taps. It was evident that for the Saturday Breakfast there needs to be more wait staff. Our waitress was keeping up the best she could but it was absolutely unfair to her to have some many tables on a Saturday when folks are taking advantage of the bottomless Mimosas. Also it took an extremely long time to get the food. Is it that the kitchen staff is overwhelmed too. To add insult to injury, the waitress gets the brunt of folks anger when it takes so long for the food to arrive, which is not her fault. Taps, if you create a special event that people want to enjoy, you need to staff the restaurant appropriately. Think about it and formulate a corrective action plan.
