Great food as always with Brindisa but this was the 2nd time we've dined in the Rupert st branch and we had slow service again! Sat for 25 mins without being greeted or drinks orders taken but service in general after that was good.

The staff were very good to us - explained the dishes and allowed us to taste the sherry, but they appeared extremely rushed in the pre-theatre slot and this led to some confusion and delays. Not to worry, the food was delicious.

We used to come quite often, our go to Spanish restaurant next to Boqueria and Barrafina. “We’ve changed our menu” I was told the last time I visited and it will be the last time. Lots of high quality ingredients dishes gone, classic tapas tasted like a fast food chain and now the best - 6£ for 3 small croquettas. This is not only for London standards expensive, this is a rip-off. This is double as expensive as all of the competitors with lower quality. Brindisa - I really enjoyed coming to you but on your way being a Spanish chain in London you’ll need to go with potentially less customers. Cannot and will Not recommend to go there anymore.

Didn’t live up to expectations. Arrived for reservation at 5pm on Friday and we were the first to arrive. The waiters were being debriefed and our table for 8 (2 tables moved together) wasn’t ready. We were also placed near the back as the front can’t apparently do larger tables. Service was good thereafter and most of the food tasty, however the menu is somewhat limited and the black pudding dish came out very luke warm twice. London Bridge version is more of a hit with our group.

I love love love Brindisa. I brought my partner with me for the first time - we spend a lot of time in Spain - and he loved how authentic the food was. As always, very single dish was outstanding and the wine was on-point. We'll be back soon!

Half of the order was forgotten a couple of times, so we had to rush through it as we had somewhere to get to (and we had timed well to start with). The staff was friendly, but overall a very chaotic night for them and we did not really enjoy the dinner. Food was ok, I remembered it better from previous visits to the other branches. For what it was, price was too high (would have expected a discount after the service hiccups, but did not happen...), as high as Barrafina where the rest of the experience is not comparable at all though.

Food and ambience is good but the lack of air condition caused us all to feel too hot when sitting inside when it’s 24 celcius outdoors. Service was a bit on the slow side
