Inspired by authentic Sicilian recipes from the kitchens of Southern Italy's seaside town of Taormina, Chef Hiroyuki Mimura pairs fresh pastas with the highest quality seafoods and meats. Unspoiled by heavy sauces, Sicilian-style pastas are dressed in pure, extra virgin olive oil. Fresh vegetables, lightly grilled fresh local fish, and lamb seasoned with herbs offer diners a healthy range of options. Featured dishes include fresh Fettucine Carbonara finished with tableside Truffle service, grilled Lamb Chops "Luca pecorini" and Veal "Siciliana." Taormina's specialty dish is Uni Pasta (Sea Urchin), a delicacy enjoyed in Sicily, Italy. Italian Lavazza espressos compliment selections of house made desserts (Dolci).

                                                  Great food, ambience, and service! The focaccia was delicious and so was the perfectly seasoned and cooked lamb and the monk fish. Wow! Our server didn’t steer us wrong. We definitely will be back!

                                                  いつもワイキキへ行く度に食事したいと思っていたレストランで、今回初めて食事しました。雰囲気はとても良く、楽しみにしていたトリュフのカルボナーラは期待通り美味しくて、ミートソースパスタ（子供が食べられる様に注文）も美味しかったです。牛肉のカルパッチョやカツレツも食べやすかったです。子供も美味しく食べてました！雲丹のパスタやフォアグラ添えリゾットなど、まだまだ食べたいメニューがあるので、また行きたいです！

                                                  We made a last minute reservation here via open table and we were glad we did. The staff were all friendly and courteous. We were seated immediately at a nice spacious table. We had grilled monchong and grilled king salmon. Both were cooked perfectly. Our server, Gabriel, was excellent. Good recommendations and prompt service that was attentive but not overly so. We had a chocolate tort for dessert with cappuccino. Excellent experience.
