Organic Drinks

May the hardest decision you make today be which drink to choose. I start with a smoothie or a juice, which is always organic and cold pressed. We use the very beat juicer called Norwalk that takes a whooping hour to produce just 10 juices, but no other machine can extract as many vitamin; trace mineral, enzymes and vital elements. I think that's pretty awesome. Between courses I love something warm and cleansing like our Morning Chlory, which only tastes of hot water and lemon, but contains liquid chlorophyll. Nothing beats finishing a nourishing meal with, like a Medicinal Mushroom Latte. Don't worry any mushrooms!

11am - 3pm. I believe breakfast should be 3 things: alkalising, nourishing and energising, but if it doesn't taste like it's worth getting out of bed for, then we won't serve it. I love our breakfast options so much that I even have them as snacks through the day, so it only seemed right to offer you this option till late afternoon

Snack While You Wait

11am- 9pm. Cashew cheeze coated kale chips were the first ever snack I made when I got my first dehydrator and now over half a decade later it's been a best seller, even during our Selfridges pop-up. All our delicious snacks will be served quickly while you wait for your meal, but what you may not know is that they take upto 50 hours to prepare. Nuts and seeds are soaked overnight to release the enzyme inhibitors, making them more digestible, then coated in spices and dehydrated for 40 hours below 48 degree C to lock in all the nutrition

But most of all I love to come home to recreate the healthiest versions of my adventures with raw, organic, unprocessed ingredients. £10. 12pm-10pm. We are Europe's first superfood cocktail bar, which sounds kinda fancy, but there's so much more to it. We source only the cleanest, ethically produced, gluten free and plant based alcohols available. We pair them with the most mineral packed and hydrating super foods around, making an otherwise naughty tipple rather balancing (yet still naughty tasting)
