Our business model is unusual for the restaurant industry. We believe that if we invest in the best possible ingredients and people, and focus our resources on presentation and environment, our customers will recognize the difference and will be excited to return and share their experience with others. We believe that a cocktail should be the creative expression of its author, and that a good meal must be an artistic blend of flavor, aroma and color. A true dining experience should involve an awakening of all of the senses and we hope to bring this delight to our guests...again, and again, and again.

Had an amazing dinner. I would call it elevated Mexican food. Shared the margarita flight, short rib enchiladas and churro ice cream sandwich with my wife. The spicy margarita was crazy spicy to us but the others were very good. Would definitely return. No free chips and salsa…

It was so delicious! We had the lobster tacos (YUM!) and the verse enchiladas with short rib! It was so good and the margarita flight was great for the heat. Outside seating was great and they had the misters going.

Great experience. Service was fast. Hostess and Waiter were helpful and pleasant. Food was delicious and flavorful. Excited to have a variety of alternate meat options that were all very good

It is a must stop anytime we’re in Palm Springs. Consistently good food, drinks and service. We love everything. The nachos with carne asada is at a whole other level ❤️❤️❤️

this restaurant is always considered the best In Palm Springs. Definitely the best for Mexican food.

Awesome and thank you. If I had a wish the service would be better (understaffed by far), but drinks and food are great. Will always be back, but pick the service up a lot. Please!

Very cool vibe, delicious food, and yummy drinks. Great value for the money. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options…this is not your typical Mexican place!

We four had a great table indoors, but were soon surrounded by two large tipsy groups of bridal parties, every individual trying to talk louder than the person next to her, screaming with laughter and all at the same time. Of course, people need somewhere to celebrate and enjoy themselves, but could large groups be seated in their own area? Frankly, being in the middle of someone else’s blowout dinner party kind of ruined our enjoyment of our meal. We could barely hear one another.
