At Sweet Chick, our philosophy is simple: great food, a cool vibe, and interesting cocktails at a great price.

Along with some of the best fried chicken and waffles in New York City, we're serving what we like to call American cuisine with a Southern accent: rustic but modern American comfort food and twists on classic dishes and cocktails, plus home-baked desserts that will make you feel like a kid again.

Our dining room, in both Williamsburg and the LES, is as cozy and inviting (and locally-sourced) as our food.

I loved the restaurant and the food! It’s a cute place...the music is loud and that didn’t bother us. But our waitress or whatever she was; was tall and she stood over us in an unenthusiastic manner and spoke low. I literally couldn’t hear her and I told her that. She still didn’t try to come down to our level just a little bit. She seemed to not know the menu too well, honestly I don’t know what her deal was. We had to wait awhile for her to even acknowledge us, so to be greeted with that kind of body language and attitude completely threw me off. Another girl helped us later through out our meal and she was great...chicken and waffles were A1! I’d definetly come back!

Atmosphere is great, our server wasn’t helpful in regards to the menu. Once our food arrived we never saw her again. Won’t be going back there.

The food and service was amazing! It was intimate with a warm home-cooked meal feeling. The waitstaff and bartender were especially cool! I recommend the flavored butters when you visit!
