Everything was top notch. The French onion lasagna and the lamb are both an absolute must. We were celebrating a birthday and Craig took great care of us. We will definitely be going back and recommending Sweet Basil to anyone staying in Vail.

The food was so delicious! We have been to Vail 5 years in a row and this was our first time securing a reservation at a reasonable time. Sir worth the wait. The Spanish Octopus was spectacular and the sea bass was exceptional. My husband had the duck breast and he made it into the clean plate club. Highly recommend, pricing match value across the menu.

Food was delicious and inventive. The service and ambience were excellent. But they didn’t have any coffee and they didn’t tell us until we ordered coffee and desert.

Always a go to when coming to Vail but this year we were somewhat disappointed with the food being too salty. Hopefully a one off. We will be returning towards the end of our trip for lunch and find out.
