Food and service were excellent! Some unusual dishes, like quail, are on the menu. The toffee cake dessert is one of the best desserts I have ever had.

Consistent;y excellent! It is always on our list of MUST visit spots when in Vail on vacation. We recommend SB to friends and family planning a visit to Vail or nearby communities. It is a pleasure to dine here! Waiters are personable and very interested in their menu... can make recommendations for food and wine pairings... always "spot on." It is a bit more expensive than some spots but you will have an outstanding dining experience! Don't miss this gem overlooking Gore Creek!

Awesome service and food. Expensive but the food is unique and very flavorful, and the wait staff will help you with any questions or concerns. They even replaced my wife's meal because it was not what she was expecting when it was brought to our table.

Whipped feta was amazing. Heirloom salad had a wonderful combination of flavors. Halibut delicious.

The food was outstanding, the service was top-notch, and the cocktails were out of this world. We shared a yellow fin app, which was outstanding.

Very expensive for the amount of food you get. Halibut was maybe 6oz. They also stop taking Amex.

We went for Fathers Day and the raviolo appetizer was great, needed salt for my taste. The halibut was outstanding as well.
