   Took 2 hours to get 8 pieces of sushi. We asked 4 different people including the host to find out where it was. I would have liked to have ordered more food but I was scared it would take another 2 hours. I also wasn’t even given the chance to order more. No one ever came back to our table after the sushi finally came. We had to go inside to get our check. They did comp our appetizer and drink and were polite but it was just so ridiculous. The food was really good but I would never dine in there again.

   Don’t know how to work their booking system and called us 15 minutes before our reservation to tell us they were closing early and wouldn’t be open when we got there.

   My boyfriend and I came down from grand county(a two hour drive) to eat this sushi and it did not disappoint. Extremely good service and high quality fish. Love love love we will be coming back

   Unique rolls and types of fish you don’t see everywhere. Everything was fantastic and some of the best sushi we have ever had. Staff was awesome as well. Will be back.

   This is my absolute favorite sushi place. The food is amazing, service is always a pleasure and the ambiance is unrivaled. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a night out and sushi.

    Great quality, love the roll options, much more local-centric and different from competition. Only bummer for us is the small amount of fish included for price point - feel the sashimi and rolls were light on protein. Lovely and helpful staff and good drinks list.

    We were very impressed with Sushi Ronin. We dined "omakase" and were overwhelmed at each of the 8 courses selected by our chef. We also dined at the counter and felt it was a unique experience watching him work up close not only on our dishes but others. He gave us very detailed info on each dish, its origin and makeup and how it was similar or different from prior dishes. Our hostess and server were also excellent. Both tag teamed to provide sake recommendations, clear used dishes IMMEDIATELY, refill water and otherwise pamper us. We felt very well taken care of, very well fed and will recommend Sushi Ronin to anyone on the Denver area.

    While visiting Denver we ate here twice. First visit was amazing with A Uzma. He was so knowledgeable and attentive. Service was amazing. This past time not so much. Our server was a sweet girl but not full service. I think she was just having a stressful day so being in the service industry ourselves we try and take that into consideration. Still hands down the best sushi we have ever had.

    I will not be back at this location due to a unique experience of poor service that I never dealt with before. I was with a large party and had let the server know that I was ready to order, and she told me No basically because she likes to send group orders back to the cooks all at once vs individually. I was completely caught off guard by this as I’ve NEVER had this happen while dining out with a group. Everyone at my table was also surprised by this response after she left and rationalized my reaction of feeling like wtf just happened. The food was good though, but because of this specific experience I know that there are other places I can definitely find with better service for the value I have in mind when it comes to spending my money for an experience out.

    First time eating sushi. We went all in! Food was amazing. Our server Peter walked us through the entire menu. Great food, great drinks, definitely our favorite sushi spot in Denver now.

    We loved sushi ronin! Went on a date here with my boyfriend and sat at the counter in front of the chefs. The service was great (Joplin was our waitress and she had a great presence). The food was wonderful, have to try the dragon and Godzilla rolls!

    did the valentines omakase experience 100 per person. it was OK, but I was not impressed by the variety or the amount of sushi. The quality was ok for the sushi/fish that came out overall. it was 6 courses total, but it was not all sushi. there was also tofu based soup and some really bad ice cream at the end taking 2 of the 6 courses. I would much rather spend more money on the experience, and have more unique and better variety sushi. Makizushico's version of this from littleton does this plus is better ambiance than ronin.

    Just celebrated my birthday dinner tonight with a good friend. Everything we ate was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive and offered great recommendations.     We’ve been going to Sushi Ronin for the last 7 years and absolutely love it! We grew up in the Pacific Northwest and fished for salmon, rock cod, collected fresh oysters and clams and crabbed for crab in the Puget Sound and Pacific Ocean. We are used to really fresh (think minutes/hours fresh) seafood. Finding somewhere here in the middle of the continent where the fish is perfectly fresh and put together with the finest ingredients is an oasis for us! Thank you.

    Visiting from San Diego, and used to really fresh fish. Found out about this place on a Reddit thread about best sushi spots in Denver. It did not disappoint at all. The fish was fresh. The rolls were very innovative and the whiskey cocktails were fire. Our server had great knowledge of the area and history of the company. Loved his service. 10/10
