Friendly and helpful staff, and the sushi was amazing.
We came here with the Groupon for the 6 course omakase dinner. Bottle of sake was good. We didn't finish it so they sealed it up and let us take it home. Everything was amazing from the fried chicken starter to the tasty dessert.
Would come here again with or without the Groupon.
Amazing food and people I highly recommend anyone thinking of having sushi to visit this gem
Sushi Ronin was outstanding – the service was spot on and the food was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Lots of very interesting options, they were all delicious. Started off with an incredible cocktail, thanks so much for a great night!
Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed the restaurant. My friend I ate with got very sick from the food however, I had no issues myself.
Have been looking for an amazing sushi place and Sushi Ronin is just that. Perfect hospitality, amazing atmosphere, and can’t forget the amazing food. My waiter offered suggestions and went above and beyond. So glad he recommended the Godzilla which was to die for so amazing and I will definitely be back!
Godzilla roll with beef is so unique & yums! Love their service! Very friendly & asks if we have dined there before. It was our first time so manager walked us thru menu & made a few suggestions & they were absolutely great choices! Would definitely return with friends! Not your usual sushi place, but worth the extra bucks!
The service was outstanding, the food was worth the hype and it was a great space for a date night! Love the old school hip hop music playing too!
What a friendly and unassuming restaurant! We read the reviews but were not sure what to expect when we arrived. Great location and due to a chilly evening, we dined indoors with reduced seating (Covid).
It was my daughter's 21st birthday and from the moment our server came to the table, to the end of dessert, we felt informed about the food, we laughed and celebrated with him and had a wonderful time.
And the food! The food was outstanding. Such subtlety of flavor in the 3 appetizers we shared, such tender fish in the sushi. Every dish we ate and every cocktail we drank were so delicious. It was clear that the utmost care went into every aspect of this amazing restaurant.
We will return, no doubt more than once. I want to bring guests here to experience this great place. Highly recommend for both food and service. 5 Stars for sure.
Honestly, this is my new favorite sushi spot in denver. Sushi Den and Uchi are awesome, but overall the fish was simply better and the vibe here was great. Their toro and smoked salmon was delicious and they specialize in lightly grilling some of their selection. Ask about the double decker roll (not found on the menu), and be sure to order a mini shrimp roll and a dark side roll. Oh and last but not least their background music was A1 (old school hip hop).
Great service from everyone.
Keely, our server, was great. And Gerson agreed to have a photo taken with our daughter to her delight. Fun and delicious dinner!
Sushi was very fresh and tasty! Service was excellent. Great experience overall!
We loved this place! We opted for Chef's choice as we ended up sitting right in front of the chef at a high table. The waiter was fun and interesting and the cocktails delicious fresh and unique. We ordered a top shelf bottle of Sake and love it. The unique foody quality of the sauces and the quality over all was of the fish was one of the best we've encountered for sushi, including in Hawaii.
I had a wonderful time here. Our waitress helped us narrow down which sake to drink. All the sushi rolls we had were amazing. I can’t wait to come back.
I love this place. It’s different in a great way. Magazine quality presentation. Awesome drinks. Friendly service.
Hostess did not honor my "specific" seat reservation when we arrived on time..
She tried to put us back in the corner sitting at the Bartenders Bar in the dark corner looking at stacked boxes and the bartender. Her reason, she has a larger group coming in (who had not arrived) and this is the only place to put us. So we left and walked down to Mizu Izakaya and had fantastic service and sushi
Very disappointing, last time the 2 of us visited we spent $200.00 on drinks and sushi, apparently the hostess felt the larger group who had not arrived yet would provide better value.
My mate and I went to here because we love Japanese cuisine, and god damn they delivered. The drinks are very tasty, with a wide variety of unique though satisfying flavors, and the menu though pricy is well worth the cash you’re paying. With some very delicious roles, and on top of that a very chill though professional waiter that I was more then happy to tip well even after seeing the final number on the check. Well worth it, five stars from I.
Same quality as Sushi Den and Matsuhisa, but with a fresh take and a lot less pretense. They take the "Hapa" goop out of sushi with fresh, unique, and creative fish and flavor combinations. Incredibly clean food experience. Our waiter was awesome, we let him run the show and bring us his favorites. Cool local vibe in Highlands.
Great food. Had a fun evening.
Excellent!! Absolutely excellent. Im from a very foodie city (DC) and I was quite nervous about sushi from Colorado... and this place was amazing. Please make sure you try the Karaage and the Godzilla roll. Prime. Will be stopping here on my way to the airport before I go!
Friendly service, great ambiance, will def be back!
They have done a great job of making the restaurant comfortable and safe during these crazy times. It was a beautiful night (the whole front is open) and lots of people were lingering over dinner so our table was not ready when we got there. They made a point of getting us comfortable in the limited waiting area and checking on us regularly. Service and food were great as usual.
funky fresh rolls and creative drinks plus dope beats
The food was amazing. Their chef Johnny, is insanely talented. Get a spicy marg with a sugared rim... You won’t be disappointed. 🍣 🥢
Great quality, service, food, and music. Table distances are well done.
These people are simply amazing. Such good energy!
Delicious and innovative sushi dishes. This was our first visit and we weren't familiar with the menu, so we let our waiter decide what to bring us. Everything he brought out was outstanding!
Everything was absolutely wonderful from the food and service down to our server. Two thumbs up..
Just an awesome place!
This restaurant has been raved about and I will never know why. The food is basic sushi. Very basic. More than anything, however, they were blaring very loud rap music that was screaming the N word the entire time. Literally every song. I cannot understand an upscale restaurant that would do this consciously, let alone given these current times. How dare someone; disgusting. I brought it to their attention and they laughed and said “we’re glad someone brought it up.”
The employees were absolutely amazing and the music wasn’t their fault. Apparently it is/was the owners choosing, which they didn’t agree with. There are no excuses for the N word blasting at dinner in 2020. Disgusting.
Basic food; typical sushi (that you can get anywhere), and offensively loud music. I wouldn’t ever go back.
They were fantastic throughout the whole dining experience
Great experience, got to get that Godzilla Roll, our waiter (can’t remember his name) was the best!
Best sushi and service in town!
Great sushi, good drinks. They did a good job spreading people out.
Place was amazing. Definitely coming back and thanks for doing it on my birthday!
Great sushi and friendly staff
