   Very high quality, creative nigiri from well trained, fun, engaging sushi chefs. Our favorite sushi place in LA. As good or better than what we had in Japan.

   For sushi this is our one and only option. If you want high quality fish and amazing service this is the place to go. Amazing service fresh seafood, magnificent sushi chef. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

   This is the third Sushi Enya location I’ve visited, and I’m ranking it third because the rolls weren’t that good. The rice on the baked salmon roll was falling apart, and the other two rolls I ordered were just okay, missing the sauces that the other locations include. However, the halibut and salmon sushi were both fantastic.

   The best sushi and service we have had in LA. So fasts and so fresh. The spicy tuna crispy rice is absolutely perfect. Easy to make a reservation and love the casual atmosphere.

   The food and service were excellent. This is a small neighborhood restaurant that has a New York vibe. I was a bit worried about parking because there is only street parking, but I had no problem. There was plenty of street parking on a street parallel to San Vicente. I will definitely go back! This hidden gem stood out from the trendy, expensive sushi places in the area. I'm so glad I ended up here. It was my best sushi experience in LA in recent memory!

   We celebrated our son's 21st birthday at Sushi Enya. Chef Aiden and the crew made the occasion very special and memorable. The early afternoon before our reservation, we got a call from Sushi Enya to inquire about any allergies or food restrictions, which was a really thoughtful gesture. We arrived at the restaurant a bit earlier than our reservation time but was prompted seated with everyone knowing our names (as I noted our birthday celebration on OpenTable). Sitting at the sushi bar, we had the best seats in the house for the culinary performing art of omakase -- each bite was prepared with such care and beautifully presented, with great attention to detail throughout. I had enjoyed each dish, from the appetizers to dessert and everything in between. Just visited Japan two months ago with many great seafoods and good Japanese beef, Sushi Enya measured up and our dinner was on par with some of the great meals we had in Japan. Chef Aiden gave us a smoke infused sake to mark our son's reaching the legal drinking age and it paired beautifully with the Miyazaki wagyu nigiri, both visually and on our taste buds. Chef Aiden even made sure that I received the red sake cup while the hubby and son got their blue and green cups. The perfect birthday meal was rounded up with our desserts, accompanied by a cool sparkling candle and the entire gang singing Happy Birthday for my son. We walked out of Sushi Enya completely satisfied in our tummies and senses and the special occasion would be fondly remembers forever!

    The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our omakase experience. It felt and tasted expertly prepared and well paced. The quality of the fish and rice were perfection. The interior and ambiance are very basic and stripped down, but it allows for the focus to truly be on the food.
