    The restaurant is very off that day. Service is very slow. Ordering takes 10 minutes after seating. Food takes another 30 minutes. Steak came out medium (ordered rare with warm center). They redo it, still wrong (rare with cold center). Have to grill it again to get it right. Very dissapointed.

    We are newcomers to the Raleigh area and found Sullivans online when searching for a good steak house. Our experience did not disappoint. Our server was top notch - great recommendations, personable (and happened to be from my home town in Baltimore) attentive and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious - our rib eye was perfectly prepared. Overall our experience was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

    I recently dined at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Raleigh, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations—or the price tag. Known for its upscale atmosphere and steakhouse reputation, I was hoping for a memorable meal, but what I received was far from it. I recently dined at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Raleigh, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations—or the hefty price tag. Known for its upscale atmosphere and steakhouse reputation, I was hoping for a memorable meal, but what I received was far from it. The steaks, which should be the star of the show, were incredibly underwhelming. My steak, in particular, looked more like the sole of a shoe than a premium cut—dry, thin, and grey with no juice. There was no sear, no seasoning, and certainly no flavor to make up for the high price. Even more disappointing was the risotto—it was noticeably undercooked, leaving it with a chalky, unpleasant texture. For the prices Sullivan’s commands, the food should be exceptional, or at least consistently good. Sadly, this was not the case. While the service was decent and the ambiance works for a date night or business dinner, they couldn’t make up for the lackluster food. In short, Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Raleigh seems to be more about style than substance. For the money, there are much better steakhouses in the area that deliver on both quality and value.

    I spent $400 yesterday and I was very disappointed. Sullivan’s is usually my husband‘s favorite spot for steak. But the sides were not up to par yesterday how they usually are. And our food took extremely long. I assume that the kitchen was not well prepared for this holiday. I saw a lot of of other tables waiting a long time for their food.

    Celebrated Father's Day at Sullivan, and they did not disappoint. The check in personnel along with the servers were very friendly and polite, made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was fantastic, the restaurant was clean and on point for the occasion. My wife ordered the Cajun Ribeye, let me tell you. I have never had a steak that tender before, it was perfectly seasoned. The taste was amazing.
