Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

First of all we couldn’t get the table we ask for , they ran out of the beer my group was drinking , my son wanted a side salad with surf & turf & was told he would have to order a large size salad with that , so he had to just order a steak to get a side salad. That didn’t make sense. My granddaughter wanted The Pink Princess Sliders & they were out of stock. My son & his family were visiting me from Ms , I wanted to make this a special night for them at The Sugar Factory. I had built The Sugar Factory up to my family & what a disappointment. I myself have been there 2 times before & was never disappointed but I definitely was last night . All their food & drinks are pricey , you would expect to be treated better than that. Needless to say our family will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Great time celebrating our son’s 15th birthday here. Food and service were excellent. The noise level is other level! I get the vibe they’re going for but just turning it down a notch would allow people to actually talk without having to raise their voice to the person right next to them. Our server did turn it down a little bit and that made it way more comfortable to talk but warned us someone would turn it back up. 2 songs later they did & it almost seemed louder. Our ears are all ringing the next morning! The food, service and birthday flair we enjoyed!

We went for dessert. Purchased an under the sea themed shake; my granddaughter (6) immediately noticed that the whipped cream did not match the picture on the table 🙃 She wanted to know what's the rainbow whipped cream and gold sprinkles were. They enjoyed it! Never try to pull one over on a little lady!

Sugar Factory had a great variety of food that was very delicious. However, I do not recommend the penne chicken alfredo pasta.

Made a reservation for 7:30 for my and my husband’s anniversary. I was excited to try the food and drinks. We made it there around 7:16pm. I spoke with Hostess (who was super nice) and I said we are early so we understand that we have to wait but she IMMEDIATELY sat us. We got to the table and a group of 4 on my left was finishing their meal and the ladies to my right had placed their order shortly after we got there. We sat and discussed the menu, watched staff sing happy birthday to someone and two severs checked their tables at least 3 times before anyone even acknowledged us. The waitress for the table to my right stopped and asked if we would like waters while she gets our waitress. We said yes. A few moments later she PHYSICALLY brought our waitress to our table and said this is your table. The young girl rolled her eyes, said ok, and walked away. Her tone and body language appeared as if she didn’t want to be there. Again, not even asking if we wanted to order drinks, appetizers or anything. We again waited for her and she came out with the staff to sing to another table. So we said if she doesn’t stop this time, we are done. They finished. She walked back into the kitchen area and not coming out again. So we sat at the table with our untouched waters and menus. We got up, I gave the menus back to the hostess and informed her the waitress never came and left.
