Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

Our waitress Sierra (Ciara) was the life of the restaurant! She made excellent food recommendations and gave us the best experience overall! Would definitely recommend!

Came here for my daughter 14th birthday I was surprised when they informed me it would be a 25 dollar surcharge plus you had to purchase a desert for them to sing Happy birthday to her. The last time we were here about 3 years ago my other daughter she got to pick a song and the wait staff dance for her ,there was no extra fee it was all included in the Sugar Factory experience. While the atmosphere is really nice. The food nothing exciting it was average. Took 45 minutes for us to get our food and they include 18% gratuity on the check. Disappointed how businesses nickle and dime you on everything.

FREEZING!! Bring a parka. It was so cold. We did enjoy the food, our server was phenomenal, and everyone loved the desserts. Based on the 60F interior, I’d probably go somewhere else next time.

The kitchen was out of order, so all we could get was ice cream. Fine. Okay. HOWEVER, it was so freezing cold in a ridiculous way!! Even my husband (wearing a jacket) was so cold he was miserable. Apparently, the a/c was also broken. We were told that maintenance workers were there to fix it, but the general manager's office was hot, so they were all called to go there instead of fixing the Sugar Factory. The wants of the one outweighed the needs of the many.

Took my son for his graduation. The service was amazing! They even surprised us with ice cream to celebrate him! Service amazing. The food I do not love but the drinks, desserts, shakes and place are very nice. My kids had a good time! Will go back for dessert and drink only next time.

Promise was amazing! Our first time there celebrating our daughter’s bday! Food was great and loved the music. All the variety of fun drinks and desserts that are offered were fantastic.

Menu options and food quality and quantity were both very good but the wait time was too long (over an hour from ordering) and the music too poppy & loud. If I had to hear one more Katy Perry song I'd have hung myself. Hanna checked on us throughout our wait and ended up offering us a free beverage which was a fun experience....it was one of the big bowl drinks with 'smoke' pouring out of it. If you go there...ask for Hanna Banana.

Such a shame. Went for my daughter's 11th birthday with a group of friends and it wasn't the environment or food with thought. Food was very mediocre and they also don't offer a kids menu. I was extremely disappointed in the birthday celebration and desserts. Ordered 2 "skillets" for the table and they don't even come hot or much even warm. They're cold. Ketchup even had a film from sitting in containers under a warming lamp. Bad experience and won't be back or recommend to other. Food and desserts all way over priced and I'm never one to complain about cost but this was way too much for the lack of quality.
