   Took my son for his graduation. The service was amazing! They even surprised us with ice cream to celebrate him! Service amazing. The food I do not love but the drinks, desserts, shakes and place are very nice. My kids had a good time! Will go back for dessert and drink only next time.

   Promise was amazing! Our first time there celebrating our daughter’s bday! Food was great and loved the music. All the variety of fun drinks and desserts that are offered were fantastic.

   Menu options and food quality and quantity were both very good but the wait time was too long (over an hour from ordering) and the music too poppy & loud. If I had to hear one more Katy Perry song I'd have hung myself. Hanna checked on us throughout our wait and ended up offering us a free beverage which was a fun experience....it was one of the big bowl drinks with 'smoke' pouring out of it. If you go there...ask for Hanna Banana.

   Such a shame. Went for my daughter's 11th birthday with a group of friends and it wasn't the environment or food with thought. Food was very mediocre and they also don't offer a kids menu. I was extremely disappointed in the birthday celebration and desserts. Ordered 2 "skillets" for the table and they don't even come hot or much even warm. They're cold. Ketchup even had a film from sitting in containers under a warming lamp. Bad experience and won't be back or recommend to other. Food and desserts all way over priced and I'm never one to complain about cost but this was way too much for the lack of quality.

   My fish and chips were ok. Nothing spectacular. Waitress was great! Everyone was friendly! The drinks were iced coffees for us. They were good.

   Very expensive. Not sure why. I ordered onion ring and fondue and my husband ordered coffee and wings and they charged us $70.

   We love coming here. The food is pretty good although the sliders could be cooked a bit longer. Alexandria is awesome

   Server and service was horrendous. Took an hour to get our drinks from the bar. Food came before our drinks. Food was also average at best. Management was non existent. Really disappointed for my wife's bday.

   First time experiencing The Sugar Factory. Did not wait for reserved table. The food did take awhile to come out and a manager made rounds to inform us (Tree) that the kitchen just got slammed and they're trying to push out food as quickly as they can. Tree did take care of someone in our party their drink. It was getting watered down waiting for the food. Overall food was absolutely great, great music playlist. Our server Caleb was great.

    Our seating was quick. Server was outstanding Knowledgeable and polite . food came out timely and delicious.
