   We sat in the Captain's Quarters for my girlfriend's birthday and it was a perfect experience. Our bartenders were charming, witty, and really helped make the night. We only really saw the main area on the way in and out, but the overall aesthetic is great and doesn't feel crowded. The Captain's Quarters was a more quiet, intimate setting with a thematically gloomy (in a good way) feel. The drinks were great and the food was outstanding. We went with the karage (my favorite), drunken noodles, and the garlic shrimp and I'd recommend each of them. Finally the ube cheesecake was perfection. I would say that this place has mastered their craft and I look forward to coming again and again.

   Super unique experience. Loved the decor. The drinks were very creative and tasty. The appetizers and food were delicious. The staff was very friendly. Great time! Make reservations!

   Food and service were fantastic! The only reason I had to give ambience a slightly lower score is because we were only able to get outdoor reservations, and it's just some wooden tables with worn canvas patio coverings. The interior looks amazing and I hope to dine indoors next time I go.

   This place was AWESOME! I absolutely loved my time here! Servers and bartender were so great and friendly. I got the banana batida, and WOW! Best drink I’ve ever had!! I cannot wait to come back to this beautiful spot!

   This was our second time visiting Strong Water. The last time (which was our first) my wife and I were seated in The Captain's Quarters, which is almost like a smaller more intimate bar. On this visit, we were joined by another couple and we were seated in the main bar, by the waterfall in the corner, which was cool. Having enjoyed food and drink in both sections of Strong Water now, we have both concluded that, although the main bar is very nice, we prefer the Captain's Quarters, simply because it's more intimate. This being said, we love this bar. The food and drinks are great and the staff is even better. I highly recommend this bar and ask for the Captain's Quarters if you're looking for a more intimate experience. We've been to Tiki bars all over the country and Strong Water is one of our favorites.     We had a great time at Strong Water for our anniversary, from the complimentary shots to the outstanding staff we had an excellent time. The food and drinks were all great.
